‘Life After Lockup’: Cameron & Aris Sign on For Season 5
Life After Lockup newlyweds Cameron Morton and his wife Aris Morton have some big news to share with their WEtv fans. It is official they have signed on for Season 5. When they first appeared on the series many viewers were unsure how they felt about them.
However, as time passed, the fans have seen how much the pair has grown as individuals and as a couple.
Life After Lockup: Cameron Morton & Aris Morton Suffer a Rocky Start
WEtv viewers couldn’t believe that Life After Lockup couple Aris and Cameron jumped into marriage as quickly as they did. Some believed the pair was destined to crash and burn out of the gate. She wondered if she had made a huge mistake. This is especially when she was forced to deal with a drunk husband the day after their wedding.
When he stumbled home after partying with his family, once she saw he was drunk, she wanted nothing to do with him. When she told him to leave the bedroom. He becomes argumentative and took off the wedding ring and threw it at his new bride.
The Life After Lockup star has doubts about her marriage. The next morning, she attempted to talk to him, however, he was hungover, and slow to get his wits about him.
She was on her way home to Florida and didn’t have time to deal with him. He managed to get himself together enough to meet her down in the lobby.
WEtv Stars Wild Behavior Under Control?
Cameron and Aris talk things through, and she tells him that she will not “deal with a drunk.” He somewhat agreed. However, it was not the last time they would argue over his drinking.
Things get out of control again between the couple. He tells his wife he feels pressured. Everyone wants to know his future plans, and how he will support them.
Money becomes an issue between them. He has money tucked away. However, when his Life After Lockup wife demands to know where the cash is coming from, he tells her not to worry. She fears he could be reverting to his old ways. She is afraid he will end up back in prison. So they are fighting a lot and neither is happy.

Aris has some news for her new husband. But before she discusses it with him she has to reel him in and he has to stop the out-of-control drinking. She also needs him to get a real job and put his dreams of being a rapper on the back burner.
She feels stressed. It will take some doing and knows she has to get him to work and get their lives under control. She also feels on edge because she has yet to tell her father they are married. This will be an issue. But she is running out of time to share her news with her husband and father.
Life After Lockup: How Will Cameron Handle Marriage, Fatherhood, & Family?
Fast forward and Cameron Morton and his wife Aris Morton are expecting their first child together. During the season finale the Life After Lockup duo finally has the conversation she has been dreading with her dad.
As she expected it does not go well. He is not happy with her, and he doesn’t care for his daughter’s choice. This could be a huge problem moving forward.
So, since the pair are officially returning for Season 5 of Life After Lockup what can we expect from them? He is excited about becoming a father and wants to do right by his wife and their upcoming baby girl.
Cameron has a long road ahead of him to win over her dad, Aaron, so that is a work in progress. He is also still adjusting to life outside of prison, his marriage, being a stepdad to Lena, and impending fatherhood.
WEtv fans of Life After Lockup predict Season 5 will be a turning point for Cameron Morton and his wife Aris Morton. Much like their Season 4 co-stars Justine Persaud and Michael Persaud it will be all about coping with their new lives together, having a baby, and a music career.
