General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine in Grave Danger after Showdown with Wife
This week on GH, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) confronts Ava Jerome (Maura West). Now, Nikolas knows she showed Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) his confession video.
Of course, Nikolas is fuming, so he marches over to Wyndemere. Things get intense, and Nikolas pushes his wife too far. General Hospital spoilers promise tragedy on Spoon Island.
And the promo shows Ava with blood on her hands — literally. Plus, spoilers say she racks up a body count. So, it appears that Nikolas’ life is on the line. Later, Ava scrambles so she might have Nikolas’ dead body on her hands.
And she may not know what to do. But, then, she might get surprise help because she confides in Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth), promise General Hospital spoilers.

Also on General Hospital this week, Austin faces off with his cousin Mason (Nathanyael Grey). Last we saw him, he noticed Ava outside of Kelly’s Diner.
He made a mysterious phone call and said he would follow her. Then Austin showed up. This week, he roughs his cousin up and threatens him.
But it looks like he still heads to Wyndemere, and the GH doc follows him to protect Ava. Later he offers help and gives medical news. So he may pronounce Nik dead.
Of course, it will be an accident. As hurt as Nik’s wife is, she doesn’t want him dead. But it seems like the direction things are going on General Hospital.
Then, Austin might help Nik’s ex cover up his death. Perhaps, they’ll make it look like Nik left town. However it plays out, things are not looking good for Nikolas this week.
Liz Ready to Face the Music on General Hospital
Elsewhere, on GH, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) decides to turn herself in to the cops. Last week, she came clean to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) about all her lies. So now, Finn knows that she never cheated on him.
Furthermore, she was never pregnant with Nik’s baby. Finally, Liz admitted that it was all a scheme. She needed to hide that she and Nik were holding Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) prisoner. Now, Elizabeth wants to take responsibility for her actions.
But Finn tries to talk her out of it because he doesn’t want her to lose everything. You won’t want to miss a moment of GH this week. It could be the end of the line for Nikolas Cassadine on the ABC soap opera.
