‘General Hospital’ Comings & Goings: Alley Mills Slays as Psycho Heather Webber
General Hospital comings and goings confirm that lunatic Heather Webber (formerly Robin Mattson) is back with a new face as B&B alumn Alley Mills steps into the role.

General Hospital Comings & Goings: Heather Webber Back and Bad as Ever
Recent GH casting news promises Alley Mills is already slaying the role of legacy character Heather Webber. After one scene, she is extremely convincing as loony Heather. Bold and the Beautiful fans know Alley for the part of lemon bar-slinging secretary Pam Douglas.
Pam occasionally pops up on B&B. And now she’s a fairly benign character. But back in the day, she had scar tissue on her brain that made her a homicidal psycho. So, no doubt, she’s perfect for playing Heather.
The she-villain is still in maximum security Darkham Asylum for the criminally insane. However, she is now at General Hospital for medical treatment. And Heather is already causing chaos.
Recently, she scared Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) half to death. Long-time GH fans know that Liv has a history with Heather. She was involved with Heather’s son Steven Lars Webber (Scott Reeves).
And, of course, the villainess hated Olivia, recall General Hospital recaps. Now, she is back, and it’s still a mystery as to why. However, there’s a good chance that the psycho is Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) mother.
Heather likely ties to Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Indeed, they’re both psycho criminals. Plus, Ryan got “fan mail” from a “Heather W” a while back.
So, it looks like she contacted Ryan, and there’s more story to explore. And she may soon be revealed as Esme’s insane mother on General Hospital.
GH Casting News: Liz’s Parents Rock Her World
Brand-new comings and goings show Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) parents back on the canvas. No doubt, fans are ecstatic. It’s been 20 years since Liz has seen her parents. So their reunion is long overdue and promises to be life-changing.

Liz’s father, Jeff Webber (formerly Richard Dean Anderson), is now played by William Moses. And Denise Crosby joins the General Hospital cast as Liz’s mother, Carolyn Webber.
Elizabeth wants answers about her family’s past with Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara). But soon, Liz must face her feelings toward her parents for their absence in her life. And viewers will learn a great deal about Liz’s past.
Val Reconnects with Charlotte at Long Last on General Hospital
GH casting updates tell us another reunion is in store soon. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) finally sees his daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McClain).
Charlotte’s been away at a boarding school in Switzerland for several months. Her grandfather, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), is using her as leverage over Val. Soon they reunite, but Val’s happiness is short-lived.
