‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Who Is Stalking Elizabeth Webber?
General Hospital spoilers show that someone is stalking Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). Liz has been through a lot lately. She lost her beloved husband, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).
And then Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) died too. Jason is the father of her son, Jake Webber (Hudson West). And evil Peter August (Wes Ramsey) killed both Franco and Jason.
Now, strange things have been happening to Liz. Her wedding ring appeared in her locker after she put it away, Franco’s studio burned down, she found her wedding dress in shreds, and now a painting appears in her home. But who is responsible?
Elizabeth Webber Believes Betsy Frank is Stalking Her on General Hospital
Betsy Frank (Deborah Strang) is Franco’s illegal adoptive mom. She raised both him and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) when they were young. Betsy was anything but a stable force in Franco’s life.
She knew that her boyfriend, Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan), molested Franco. And then she sent Drew away. Betsy has always been frail and unstable. Elizabeth received a creepy card signed “B” which she assumed was from Betsy.
Then, Franco’s wacko foster mom popped up at General Hospital on the anniversary of his death. And that’s just when strange things happened around Elizabeth. Now, Franco’s widow’s convinced that Betsy is causing them. But is she?

GH Twitter warned about her. But we find out this week that Betsy was in an institution to deal with a breakdown. So, unless she crept out, she can’t possibly be the one messing with Liz. But there are plenty of other options.
Jake Webber May Be Scaring His Mom
Jake Webber is Elizabeth’s son with Jason Morgan. Poor little Jake had a very difficult childhood on General Hospital. He was kidnapped more than once. The last time was by Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers).
She kept Jake a prisoner while making his parents believe he was dead. Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) found Jake and returned him to Elizabeth. But Liz’s middle son seemed very troubled.
It turned out that Helena programmed Jake to release a deadly biotoxin in Port Charles. The plan was thankfully foiled. Jake finally knew Jason as his real dad and loved him.
He and his stepdad, Franco were also very close. He lost them both. This could trigger anyone, but we never know what it may do to a boy who was programmed by the Cassadines. Could Jake be scaring his mother?
Where There Is Trouble, There Could Be Heather Webber
Heather Webber (Robin Mattson) is one of the craziest characters in General Hospital history. Heather came to Port Charles back in the 70s and caused trouble wherever she went.
She did a lot of damage to many people, including kidnapping, murder, and attempted murder. She was in and out of mental hospitals for years.

After much confusion, it turns out that Heather and Scott Baldwin are Franco’s biological parents. Now, Heather was in a high-security facility for years.
But escape is pretty easy for Franco’s mom. It is very possible that Heather is torturing Elizabeth as some misplaced loyalty to her son. She’s not exactly sane so she’s a top candidate.
Is Elizabeth Doing This to Herself?
Elizabeth Webber had a rough year on General Hospital. She finally settled down into a wonderful marriage with the man she she loved. Her boys accepted and loved Franco as their stepfather.
They were finally the happy family that she always wanted. Liz’s world fell apart when she lost Franco. Many of her friends think that Elizabeth Webber never fully dealt with her loss. She focused on her boys and her work.
Then she began seeing Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). The two have been taking it slow and Dr. Finn is very respectful of her feelings. But Liz still feels guilt about moving on from her dead hubby.
Elizabeth can't shake the feeling that someone is trying to scare her. Could it be coming from within her own home?

Stress and guilt can do a lot of things to people, especially those on this ABC soap. Could this have created Multiple Personality Disorder in Nurse Webber?
Is it possible that Liz is really the one torturing herself without realizing it? With all those General Hospital doctors and nurses around, someone will hopefully figure this out soon. An insider said this won’t be a DID story but it could be a breakdown…
Possible New Character on General Hospital?
Whoever is stalking Elizabeth Webber may not be a known character. General Hospital may be introducing a new character. Franco was a famous artist/serial killer/art therapist.
So, there may be a crazed fan out there who is angry with Franco’s widow for dating. Or someone from his serial killer past. Or even someone from Liz’s own past may be out to get her.
Whatever is going on with Elizabeth is getting weirder by the minute. She is freaked out and so are her sons. Now the Port Charles Police Department is on the case and Finn is trying to protect her. Who do you think’s messing with Liz?
