On Dr. Pimple Popper, Marty is a patient of Dr. Sandra Lee. He’s opening up about a massive lump that’s located on his upper arm. He says that he’s had this medical problem for a period of ten years. But, there was one time where it burst open in the middle of the night, leaving a stinky goo all over his bed.

Marty from Dr. Pimple Popper says he’s tried going to other dermatologists to try to get the mass removed. However, he says the doctors only get a little bit of the gunk inside of the pimple. But, he says he’s able to completely empty it out.

Marty from Dr. Pimple Popper says he’s embarrassed about the huge lump on his arm. He says he’s tired of hiding inside and watching TV because he doesn’t want people pointing and laughing at him. His sister talks about how she feels sad about the way her brother acts. She points out that he was very outgoing, but he now hides in his house because he’s embarrassed about his shoulder.

On Dr. Pimple Popper, Sandra Lee works with Marty to remove the lump that’s been plaguing him for ten years. However, right before his appointment, the wound exploded and oozed out the goo. This causes Marty to worry that Sandra isn’t going to be able to help him.
However, Sandra steps in to save the day. But, he says if she isn’t able to help, he’s going to use a bottle of tequila and take care of it himself. After opening up Marty’s arm, Sandra Lee realizes how large the festering pimple is. She then asks her nurse for a sanitized kitchen spoon.
So, Sandra from Dr. Pimple Popper opens up the epidermoid cyst and reveals the “cottage cheese.” She goes to work scooping out the inside of the cyst, having to go back in several times to remove more of the gunk. This causes Marty to wiggle around uncomfortably. He ends up asking to take a cigarette break because the pain from them scooping him out is too uncomfortable.
Then, on Dr. Pimple Popper star Sandra says that Marty deserves a whole bottle of tequila for getting through the procedure. It’s clear that the size of the pimple is a lot smaller once the medical professional’s finished working on it.
