On Dr. Pimple Popper, Sandra Lee is working with a patient, who goes by the name Stephen. While talking about his medical condition, Stephen says that he feels ashamed of the way his snout makes him look. Also, he feels like a guilty parent, as he’s trying to teach his children about self-love. Yet, he’s having a difficult time finding ways to love his nose, as people are leaving mean comments about his physical appearance online.

While meeting with Stephen on Dr. Pimple Popper, Sandra’s excited to get to know her patient on a personal level. After becoming introduced to one another, Sandra listens to Stephen as he talks about how much his schnoz inconveniences his life. At first, he tells her how it’s impacting his job as an online personality. But, he also admits that the weight of his schnoz is uncomfortable to live with.

Taking a step closer to her patient, Sandra Lee from Dr. Pimple Popper gets down to look at the troubling size of her patient’s nose. She says Stephen’s suffering from rhinophyma. However, she’s worried that his active rosacea is causing a problem with his snout.

Also, she’s interested in re-shaping his schnoz after removing the rhinophyma from his face. However, she’s really concerned that his rosacea is still active and it’s going to overtake whatever work she does on his snout.

Then, Sandra from Dr. Pimple Popper admits she’s going to work on removing the rhinophyma with an electric tool. However, she wants to make sure his rosacea is also treated to make sure it doesn’t trigger the growth of anything else.

But, as she’s working on removing the buildup of cartilage from Stephen’s nose, Sandra runs into a problem. His schnoz is bleeding a lot while it’s being operated on, so Dr. Sandra Lee is having difficulty performing the operation.
