DOOL weekly spoilers hint that Sarah Horton attacks again. This time Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) falls victim. But, what triggers her to go after Nicole? It seems the cute doc may not be in her right mind.
Sarah may be having another freaky hallucination. After all, the side effects of Sarah’s treatment are setting in. Further, Days of our Lives teasers suggest the apparition worries her.
After all, she recently saw a pen-wielding Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) as Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) with a syringe. Does she see Nicole as her kidnapper as well? Or as somebody else that the addled doctor has a bone to pick with?
On the other hand, perhaps Sarah Horton spied the tender moment between Nicole and her ex-husband. The former doctor did have feelings for Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and shared a child.
She could blast Nicole for playing games with Eric while she’s engaged to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Either way, watch for the attack this week.
Did Sarah Kill Her Cousin on DOOL?
The latest Days of our Lives whodunnit has fans wondering how long the suspect list is in the murder of Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller). The killing sent shockwaves through Salem.

Plus, she may need to have Dr. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) change the dosage of her medication. Further, the shrink counsels her patient to talk to Abigail about her similar experience with the crazy hallucinations.
But, Days of our Lives viewers recall Dr. Horton visiting Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) in jail. There, she learns her cousin Abigail left the syringe used by Kristen in the basement where the medicine woman was initially attacked last year.
Did Sarah head to the DiMera mansion armed with this new knowledge? And did a confrontation between the cousins go terribly wrong when Sarah is struck with a scary vision?
In the confusion, she may have stabbed Abigail and left her for dead on DOOL. The physician could have made a huge mistake that night.
