Days of our Lives Spoilers: Sarah Horton Throws Down with her Rival
DOOL updates reveal Sarah Horton battles her adversary in love. The doctor believes she is the long-dead Renee DuMonde. Further, she is head over heels in love with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis).
In fact, Sarah’s mom, Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers), helps him move into the Kiriakis mansion to appease her addled daughter. But, Tony’s wife Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) wants nothing to do with the plan.
She doesn’t want her husband pretending he’s in love with Sarah/Renee on Days of our Lives. And who can blame her? Anna is a devoted wife.
Sarah Horton currently has amnesia. After reading a diary of Renée DuMonde, a character who died in 1983, she now believes she's her.

However, Maggie’s daughter needs help. So, will pacifying Sarah with Tony’s presence actually cure her brain damage? Anna doesn’t think so.
Days of our Lives spoilers hint that Renee and Anna get into a fight over Tony. In the physician’s mind, she really is Renee DuMonde and is madly in love with Tony.
There’s just one problem. That’s Anna DiMera. The doc wants her to divorce Tony so she can marry the man of her dreams herself. The brawl over the dashing DiMera begins this week.

DOOL spoilers divulge Sarah Horton’s ex Xander Cook gets into a heated argument with Gwen Rizczech over the sick doctor.
Gwen went out of her way to keep Sarah far away from her fiance. After all, the two were once head over heels in love and about to get married. But, Kristen DiMera drugged and kidnapped her.

However, now she’s back and thinks she’s Tony DiMera’s sweetheart. Xander claims he just wants to help his former lover on Days of our Lives.
Spoilers warn Gwen thinks he wants to get back together with his ex. Further, she can’t let her sweetie find out she worked with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) to fool everyone with the Sarah Horton mask.
Not only that, she’s an accessory to the kidnapping of her own sister, Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller).
Xander insists he wants the woman to be well for Maggie’s sake. Gwen thinks otherwise. She doesn’t like the fact he’s willing to postpone their wedding over the predicament.
However, the hunk cannot believe she’d be reluctant to help ease. Is there a break-up in the near future?
Days of our Lives: Does the Doc Wreck Two Relationships?
Days of our Lives viewers wonder if Sarah’s faulty thinking leads to major splits for two Salem couples. Sarah-Renee’s love for Tony already leads to a separation of sorts when he moves into the guest room in Maggie’s home.
Further, she’s bound and determined to push Anna out of the picture no matter what it takes. In fact, she’s already contacted a high-power divorce attorney.
Next, Sarah Hoton’s former boyfriend Xander Cook’s current relationship with Gwen is rocky now. All due to her mere presence in town.
If Gwen’s secret comes out, Xander will definitely part ways with her. Even though Sarah-Renee can’t stand him and thinks he’s a different man, his heart is torn. She never left him on her own accord.
