DOOL spoilers for the week show Sarah Horton has another vision. Recently, Sarah thought Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) was a syringe-wielding Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). The worried woman sought Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) for advice.
Days of our Lives video shows the concerned Sara Horton learning that her meds may need to be readjusted. Furthermore, Sarah will have hallucinations from time to time. Recall, Sarah was given large doses of psychotropic drugs.
