Counting On son-in-law Derick Dillard said he really got the workover. But he wasn’t the one that let the cat out of the bag. And Jeremy seemed a little nervous he was the one to do so. Even so, they kept teasing about the topic. And a producer said they were letting out all of Jim Bob’s secrets.
