‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: What’s Eating Finn About His Parents?
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest John Finnegan “Finn” (Tanner Novlan) hides something about his parents – which has become obvious on the CBS soap. Just the mention of his parents turns him into a man who looks very worried. Now that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has expressed her enthusiasm for meeting Finn’s folks, the future groom looks almost scared.

Finn showed up on B&B without much known history. Even as John Finnegan became one of the main B&B characters, not much was mentioned about his origin, his parents, or even if Finn had any siblings.
With a new baby already here and a wedding in the planning stages, Steffy voiced her need to meet the people who raised her future husband Finn. While Finn agreed with some hesitation, his face told a different story when Steffy wasn’t looking.
Whether or not Finn decides to invite his parents, as Steffy requested, they’re coming. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have his dad, Jack Finnegan (Tim King) on their doorstep on July 30 for a surprise visit. Finn’s mom follows a few days after on August 2. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) flies in after Jack Finnegan arrives.
B&B Spoilers: Mystery Surrounds Finn’s Parents
So far Bold and the Beautiful spoilers offered a little bit of Li Finnegan’s backstory. Finn’s mom grew up on the East Coast and became a famous surgeon. With such a busy career, she had no time to have kids.
But it seems later in life she decided she wanted a child. So, John Finnegan came into their lives. As soon as the fans saw the first photos of Finn’s parents, like the ones below, they started to surmise that the doc could be adopted.
So, there are questions cropping up from fans asking whether the Finnegans may have adopted Finn. Also, it’s not known if Finn’s parents are still together. The fact that they’re flying into LA on different days might suggest that the parents of John Finnegan are divorced. Or it could just mean this Bold and the Beautiful mysterious couple just have conflicting schedules when trying to get to their son.
Finn’s mother is a well-known surgeon – but his father’s profession is unknown. So, what is it about Li and Jack Finnegan that rattles up John Finnegan? It seems he looks so troubled at just the mere mention of their names.

B&B spoilers hint at Steffy in a state of confusion at first. Maybe his dad was in LA on business and looked up Finn. It’s possible the doc has very little to do with his mom and dad. They may even have no idea Finn’s a dad and that they’re new grandparents. Just seeing that would be enough to leave Steffy very confused.
But what is John Finnegan hiding about his parents from Steffy on Bold and the Beautiful? She doesn’t seem aware of his uneasiness about his folks. Finn made a smooth transition when becoming part of the Forrester family. They all seem to adore the doctor and the feeling appears mutual when coming from the future groom.

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers do say the Finnegans are not at all like the Forresters. When the first Finnegan parent hits the show next week, the interaction between father and son offers Steffy the first hint. But after a while, she comes to understand why Finn seemed to change with his parents around.
B&B Predictions: What’s Up With The Parents of Finn?
So, going by just what fans know from Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, what could be eating at Finn when it comes to his mom and dad? With what is known about Li Finnegan, she sounds like a powerful woman. She’s top in her field as a surgeon and she probably didn’t get that way being meek and shy. So maybe Li is a bit overpowering or outspoken.
Maybe John Finnegan worries about how she’ll get along with Steffy. Fans seem to think papa Jack has the looks that put him in the same league as Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) when it comes to turning the ladies’ heads.
So, maybe Finn’s dad comes off as somewhat of a flirt. It’s possible the doc worries that his dad is too much of a lady’s man to bring him around his future family-in-law.
But whatever it is, it can’t be sinister, as Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy’s confusion clears up after watching Finn around his parents when they come to town. They also suggest Steffy will understand more about John Finnegan’s odd behavior which she sees around his mom and dad on the CBS soap.
