‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Finn Doesn’t Invite Parents – They Just Show Up
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say John Finnegan “Finn” (Tanner Novlan) doesn’t invite his parents as Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) asked – but his dad drops by anyway. Steffy notices how this surprise visit seems to bring out some strange behaviors in Finn. But it seems to get worse when his mom follows his dad into town next week on the CBS soap.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Finn Looks Almost Looks Scared
The look of dread was written all over Finn’s face as soon as Steffy Forrester mentioned meeting his parents. That same look emerged when Steffy mentioned inviting his parents to the big wedding that he seems against.
But Finn is a guy who wants to make Steffy happy. So a big wedding it is. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint at his parents showing up beforehand but not under an invite from Finn.
Up until Monday’s episode of Bold and the Beautiful, Finn’s been one big walking smile since his son was born. But a conversation on that cozy couch with Steffy wiped that smile right off his face.
It seems the mention of his parents made the young doctor a bit apprehensive. He almost looked scared. But for some unknown reason, he appeared a bit intimidated about his parents meeting his future wife.
B&B Spoilers: Steffy Forrester Concerned Over Hesitation
Finn wanted to marry Steffy Forrester right there and then on Bold and the Beautiful this week. He even had the wedding bands ready to go. But this confused Steffy. So, she asked him about his thoughts on a big wedding. She wanted to know if Finn had any reason not to want a real wedding.
This means an event with the people they know and love around them. It seems the problem for Finn might be his dad, Jack Finnegan (Ted King), and his mom Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda). For some reason, Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint at Finn acting hesitant when it comes to Steffy meeting his parents.

Finn didn’t really address this in any detail. But Finn did convey to Steffy Forrester that if she wanted a big wedding then that is what they’ll do. That’s when Steffy said that she’d rather meet his parents first. But this request was out of respect for the people who raised him rather than a reason to size them up.
Although for Finn, it didn’t seem to matter what reason Steffy had for wanting to meet his folks. What did seem to matter was that she was going to meet them. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that happens without any effort on the doctor’s part, as his father is the first to show up on their doorstep unannounced.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy Forrester Will Understand
Finn asks Steffy Forrester if her hesitation to marry him right away has to do with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). He knows she once loved him very much and he needs to be sure of how she feels today.
Steffy reassured John Finnegan that her life is all about the man who sits right in front of her today. But because Liam is Kelly’s father, he will always be part of her life.
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest a twist. While Steffy’s hesitation may not have to do with Liam, it looks as if John Finnegan’s worries just might. Not much is known about Finn’s parents and even less is known about Finn’s backstory.
B&B Spoilers: Not Liam Spencer Again?
Bold and the Beautiful fans haven’t seen much of Liam sashaying in and out of Steffy’s house in recent weeks. The reason for that is obvious, he’s been in jail. But now that he’s back that revolving door is bound to start up again. Steffy always gives him full access to his daughter, Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray).
John Finnegan bringing up Liam to Steffy this week may be a precursor to his worries over how this will look to his parents. Perhaps Finn’s mom and dad tend to act controlling or outspoken. The B&B spoilers suggested Steffy will have a learning curve when it comes to the Finnegan family.
So, it’s quite possible John Finnegan is worried about Liam Spencer’s presence around his mom and dad. They may not understand the comfort level that Steffy Forrester’s ex displays as he’s in and out of her home, a home Finn now shares with her.
Plus, this urgency to marry Steffy Forrester right then and there on Bold and the Beautiful this week was odd. Is it possible his parents are so different that Finn thinks Steffy may change her mind once meeting them? One thing is for sure when Steffy Forrester mentioned John Finnegan’s parents this week, the look of dread came over the face of this new dad on the CBS soap.
