‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Bill Spencer Comforts Steffy — Showrunner Teases ‘Still’ Romance
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) might finally get a romantic storyline in the wake of disaster. In a recent interview, showrunner Bradley Bell dropped some hints that sound like “Still” fans might need to brace themselves.

Now on B&B, Steffy is unconscious from her gunshot wound. That’s thanks to her wicked mother-in-law, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). With Jacqui Wood in her last few weeks of pregnancy, the soap might leave her comatose through her maternity leave.
Meanwhile, word spreads of the disaster that befell her. Already, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is worried at the hospital. Next, Bold and the Beautiful spoilers see Bill Spencer alerted and heads that way too. He’ll want to see for himself how she’s doing.
Recently, Liam and Bill Spencer talked about how full of life Steffy Forrester is and how she’s like no one else. That was just as Sheila shot her in that creepy alley. Now, she’s fighting for her life with no idea that she’ll wake up a widow.
John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) died on the scene. So, she’ll need to hear that Finn’s dead and she’s alone again. But there’s a whole network of support there for her, but it’s still a rough road. Finn rescued Steffy from that endless love triangle.
And most B&B fans don’t want to see the CBS soap revive the Liam, Steffy, and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) drama. But that means a new future ahead for the brunette beauty. And head honcho Brad Bell dropped hints at what’s next on Bold and the Beautiful.
B&B Spoilers: Bill Spencer & His Son Both at Her Side
In a recent interview with Soap Digest, Bell mentioned that Steffy Forrester has a tough time ahead. But he said, “out of the darkness comes the light”. And he did say that she’ll mourn but then there’s another romance in her future.
What’s intriguing is that the executive producer said it’ll be something “unexpected”. Most fans of “Lope” should breathe a sigh of relief. Since a Liam-Steffy redux is totally an expected outcome, fingers crossed they’re not going there.
But he also said that as she works through her grief, not only will Liam be there, but “Bill will be by her side”. That’s a big clue that Steffy and hunky Bill might get a real shot at love. Both Diamont and Wood have repeatedly said they’d love to see it happen.
It’s been a few years on Bold and the Beautiful since Steffy consummated her long-simmering vibe with Bill Spencer. Recall, that’s what led to some confusion about who got her pregnant with Kelly Spencer.
And Liam finding the paternity test document split them. He walked out on her while she begged him on her knees to stay. Then, Bill tried to convince Steffy to marry him but she refused him firmly. Will that all change after this awful shooting event?

You may recall that it was back in 2010 that Steffy Forrester first kissed Bill Spencer. What began as a scheme for power at Forrester Creations led to a genuine spark. So much so that he was willing to call of his engagement to Katie Logan (Heather Tom).
But after Katie had a heart episode on Bold and the Beautiful, Bill went through with the wedding. And despondent Steffy almost accidentally drowned herself. It was Liam saving her that started their romance. But Bill was the Spencer man she first wanted.

So, a legion of fans would love to see Bill Spencer finally woo and win Steffy Forrester. He and Katie seem done for good. And Steffy’s lost her husband. And the worst thing for her would be to fall back into that Hope-Liam-Steffy triangle trap.
