Veteran viewers know Bill Spencer is capable of almost anything. So to suggest he may have helped Vinny Walker into his grave is not a stretch. Bill quickly got rid of the drug dealer’s phone and wallet so they couldn’t identify his body right away.
Bill claimed that would buy them some more time. It was enough time to get rid of a car he loves almost as much as one of his kids on Bold and the Beautiful. That is if Bill Spencer is capable of love the way other people experience it.
With the car gone and no items on him to ID Vinny, the mogul thought a few days would go by before they figured out who the victim was. But Bill didn’t count on someone in the hospital, who knew Vinny Walker, spotting him in the morgue.
That’s handsome doctor John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). He spotted Vinny on the slab and contacted his best friend Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) to officially identify him on Bold and the Beautiful.

While Liam Spencer claimed he watched Vinny take his final breath, remember he too is not a doctor. So, to say someone clinically dead, just the sound of a sigh won’t do it. Besides if you watch the B&B clip, Liam passed out while Vinny Walker appeared to still wiggle on the ground.

The publishing magnate didn’t just get lucky with his fortune. Bill’s a smart guy and he earned it. Maybe not always in the most ethical of ways but he worked hard to get where he is never-the-less.
So, he’s not a stupid man. He would cover everything up without leaving a chance that Vinny Walker could live and identify the driver of the car. Did he take drastic steps to protect himself and his son on B&B?

Liam Spencer woke up after Bill Spencer made sure nothing was left by chance on B&B. To say he was appalled at what his father did is an understatement. Bill went through a lot of trouble to distance Liam Spencer and himself from Vinny’s accident.

So, would Bill Spencer just take a glance at Vinny and declare him dead in his own head? Bold and the Beautiful predictions think not. Bill would not take a chance that Vinny Walker was alive before he sped away with his son out cold in the car.
Whether it appeared if Vinny was breathing or not, Bill might hold something over his face to make sure. All the B&B viewers saw was what happened in the clip that showed Bill leaving. That only lasted a moment or so, and showed Liam dragged to the car.

As of today, Bold and the Beautiful spoilers left fans believing Bill covered up the accident after Vinny died. But since Liam was unconscious, Bill was the only one left on that road with Vinny Walker.
