‘Bold and the Beautiful’: Is Bill Spencer Leaving B&B – Past Point of No Return?
Bold and the Beautiful leaves no way out for Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) so is he on the way out once the truth spills? Remember, he’s the one who drove away from a dead man. It’s gone too far to be a dream where he wakes up and everything is fine. Nope, that isn’t going to make the viewers want to come back for more, so you can probably kick that idea to the curb for this CBS soap.
Bold and the Beautiful: Bill Spencer Takes Wheel
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) accidentally mowed down Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero). For no unseeable reason, Vinny appeared to pop up in front of him. Liam wasn’t impaired by alcohol and he wasn’t speeding.
It was as if Vinny came out of nowhere. Or so Liam’s explained numerous times on Bold and the Beautiful.
Vinny wasn’t dead when Liam fainted but Bill said he died before he left him alone on the road. After checking, he knew nothing could help him. So, the father dragged his unconscious son into the car and drove away.
Bold and the Beautiful fans witnessed Liam’s reaction when he came out of that fainting spell. From the moment he recovered, Liam wanted to turn himself in. But Bill Spencer put his foot down and wouldn’t hear of it.
False Sense Of Security
So, Liam hit a man by accident. But it was his father who drove off and left that man dead on the side of the road. Bill Spencer counted on one thing. He believed that not another living soul would ever find out.
But that ship sailed on Bold and the Beautiful. Now Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) knows and Bill Spencer’s irritating his other adult son, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), who suspects something.
Don’t forget how nosy Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) started fishing on Friday’s show. Put all these people together, and it is a matter of time before the cops pick up on a leak.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Bill Paints Himself Into Corner
So, Bill painted himself into a corner. But despite his deep pockets, he probably cannot find a lawyer who can conjure up an excuse to get him out of this. He drove away from the scene of a fatal accident – period. He left no way of escaping that on Bold and the Beautiful.
Even if Bill claims he feared for his son’s life because he conked out, it wouldn’t help. Liam Spencer was unconscious and Bill Spencer knew that he fainted. But if he goes that route it still doesn’t explain why Bill didn’t call 911 and send the cops to Vinny. Plus he never sought medical help for his son, which might have paved the way for that strategy.
Bill really made a mess of things and there’s no going back on Bold and the Beautiful. But most of all there’s no going forward without a scandal and jail time for Bill Spencer. Or at least it looks that way to fans.
Even that Spencer sword he wears around his neck won’t help him now, it can’t possibly stave off what’s about to hit the publishing tycoon. Now that not much is moving along the lines of reconciliation with Katie Logan (Heather Tom) maybe this is all part of an exit plan.
Fans Want to Know – Is Don Diamont Leaving B&B over This Disastrous Plot?
Bill’s got nothing happening with his home life on Bold and the Beautiful. Now with this crime that may send him away for a long time, fans wonder. Is this leading up to a goodbye?
While Liam Spencer may have a saving grace, his father doesn’t. Although Liam is still at fault for not turning himself in as soon as physically possible. But the reality of it all is that Liam just had an accident.
So, he could skate the part of sitting behind the bars. But that is only if the authorities believe he didn’t do this on purpose. That’s a big “if” as even Hope asked him if he intentionally hit Vinny when he told her the story. So, what are his chances when perfect strangers on a jury hear their backstory of the paternity test tampering?
But Liam Spencer’s odds are still much better than Bill Spencer’s chances of getting off easy on Bold and the Beautiful. So, with no way out of this, fans wonder if Don is leaving with this Bold and the Beautiful storyline as his ticket home?
