‘Bold and the Beautiful’: Deacon’s Betrayal Pushes Hope into Changing Lanes?
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have Deacon Sharpe on his way out of town, just as he and Hope Logan find solid ground on the CBS soap. He claims he’s going on a trip so he can secure backing to buy Il Giardino. That would be life-changing on B&B for the parolee. But is he lying?
Bold and the Beautiful: Deacon Sharpe Scrambles with Luggage in Tow
Out of the blue on B&B, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) seems self-assured that his place of employment will soon become Deacon’s Place. Last week on Bold and the Beautiful, he told bartender Paul that he was leaving town for a few days.
This sudden trip is purportedly about business. Plus, he doesn’t even tell Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) about his plans. So, it looks as if she’s in the dark about her father’s future moves — if the eatery really is his target.
Not only that, but he goes as far as telling Paul that he plans to make no staff changes. So, everyone’s job is secure. Well, he sounded sincere, but only time will tell if that’s the case
This not only blindsides Paul, but the Bold and the Beautiful fans raise a few eyebrows at Deacon’s big new reveal. With that said, no matter what direction B&B takes this in, it’s likely to end up as devastation for Hope.
B&B Spoilers: Hope Logan Faces Serious Hit from Deacon
Hope Logan put a lot of trust in Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Then, she learned he hasn’t changed a bit. He betrayed Hope’s trust, and now her own dad seems to be setting her up for a breach of trust too.
Hope’s father, Deacon, is part of one of the most horrific events to recently hit Bold and Beautiful. He’s been harboring the woman who shot Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
She left them both for dead, much like a monster might do. Deacon not only became roommates with the shady shooter on B&B, but he might also harbor feelings of love for Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
So, this trip he makes on the heels of Sheila calling him to say goodbye looks a bit suspicious. Is this trip only a ploy to bide him some time to get away with Sheila Carter?
With the cops closing in, he has to know it’s only a matter of time before he’s implicated. Once the cops find out that he hid the lunatic, it’s over for him. After hiding the fugitive, prison likely awaits him and his nine-toed lady. And it’ll hit Hope hard.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Soon Hope Faces Serious Daddy Issues
No matter where Deacon Sharpe is headed this week on this “trip” of his, Sheila likely comes back to haunt him. The cops will eventually find out where she was staying even if Deacon parted ways with her and now is headed to Italy to gather backing for the eatery.
So, it looks like another betrayal of epic proportions is in the cards for Hope on Bold and the Beautiful. She fought with everyone around her who didn’t believe Deacon Sharpe was a changed man. She did the same for Thomas as well, and look where that got her.

Hope likely learns that her father betrayed her trust as the B&B episodes roll out. One way or another, Deacon Sharpe’s crime of harboring a fugitive is bound to blow up in his face. But it is more than that for Hope Logan.
When this happens, it could give B&B the chance to tinker with Hope’s character. Instead of giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, she could become a bit cynical. After Thomas’ stunt and what Deacon’s done, no one would blame her.
So, look for Deacon Sharpe to devastate his daughter when she finds out he hasn’t changed. This could work as a starting point for a possible twist in Hope Logan’s demeanor on the CBS soap.
