‘Bold and the Beautiful’: Hope & Deacon – What’s Wrong with This Picture?
Bold and the Beautiful puts Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) in a whirlwind of father-daughter moments, building a relationship on the CBS soap. These two are over-the-top happy to get this chance but the way they go about causes pain for Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). So, why doesn’t Hope care that she’s punishing her mother by flaunting Deacon in Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) face?
Bold and the Beautiful: Hope Logan Can Only See Deacon Sharpe?
Hope Logan has every right to get to know her father. Furthermore, Deacon Sharpe deserves another chance. That’s the mindset of Brooke Logan on B&B. But she can only watch as her marriage suffers. And it’s because her husband doesn’t want Hope to spend time with her dad.
Hope sees Ridge storming out on her mother whenever Deacon’s around. But she pushes back on Ridge and is bound and determined not to let him sway her on B&B. When it comes to Deacon Sharpe, it seems as if Hope Logan wears blinders.
But what about her unhappy mother? She knew her mom cried recently on Bold and the Beautiful. Yet she still defied her stepdad and stood her ground. This makes Deacon happy because this is all part of his plan to win Brooke back. And it seems to be working.
B&B: Punishing Brooke Logan?
Hope said on Bold and the Beautiful that she hates to see her mom so unhappy. But then she continues to do things that anger Ridge and upset his wife. She won’t stop hanging out with Deacon at her house. Many fans agree that the cabin is Hope Logan’s home, and she has every right to bring her dad there.
But can’t she see what it is doing to her mom? It’s almost as if she wants to punish her mother for all those years without her father. Maybe she doesn’t even realize she’s doing it. Hope knows that her mom’s world revolves around her daughter’s happiness.

And she also knows that having her father over to the Logan estate causes strife in her mom’s marriage. So, why wouldn’t she just see Deacon somewhere else? Why keep throwing him in Ridge’s face and in Brooke’s path? Is she subconsciously lashing out?
Bold and the Beautiful: Deacon Has Hidden Agenda – Does Hope Too?
Deacon Sharpe makes no secret about it — he’s after Brooke Logan on B&B. So, in a way, he is using his daughter’s relationship for this. Plus, whether his daughter realizes it or not, she is also helping him. Each time Ridge sees Deacon on the property, he makes Brooke Logan suffer.
It’s not as if Hope doesn’t see it. Of course, Deacon puts it all back on Ridge Forrester. When Hope stands her ground against him, her bio-father is her biggest cheerleader. So, she may want to impress her dad and that’s why she keeps pushing back. If Deacon Sharpe loved his daughter and Brooke, he’d insist they meet elsewhere on Bold and the Beautiful.
But Deacon Sharpe’s agenda on is to get his old flame away from her husband. So, coming over and causing Ridge to constantly walk out on his wife is working well towards his plan. But does Hope see that
B&B: Blinded by Fatherly Love?
But what about Hope? Why wouldn’t she see what her mom is going through and meet her father at a park for their martial arts lessons? Sure, she lays the law down to her angry stepfather on B&B. She remains adamant that this is her home and she’ll do what she wants. Plus, most viewers seem to agree with her.
But you might think Hope Logan would put her pride aside for Brooke Logan’s sake on Bold and the Beautiful. All she has to do is see Deacon away from the property. This would help her mom, the woman who’s been there for her all her life on Bold and the Beautiful.
Instead, Hope seems to build a case against Ridge for her mom every time he walks off in a tizzy over Deacon. So maybe deep down she too has an agenda on B&B. It’s very possible Hope Logan would love nothing better than to see Brooke Logan and Deacon Sharpe become a couple.
