‘Big Brother’ 23: Derek F on Block with [SPOILER] on Eviction Night
Big Brother 23 spoilers see Derek Frazier remaining on the chopping block even after the veto ceremony but we’ve got the info on who he’ll be next to on eviction night. Remember, there were four people that got to bet on the veto ceremony and the potential for two possible vetoes in play. Here’s what to expect.
Big Brother 23 Veto Ceremony Outcome: Alyssa Lopez Wins Veto – Doesn’t Use it
Remember the Big Bucks comp? Alyssa Lopez decided not to play. But Derek Frazier, Head of Household Kyland Young, Tiffany Mitchell, Claire Rehfuss and Sarah Beth Steagall played. Going into the Veto Comp, there was the possibility for one PoV winner and one High Rollers bonus PoV power.
In the end, Kyland threw the comp to keep Claire from winning the bonus veto and pulling herself off the Big Brother block. Then, by ensuring Alyssa won, he came out with the bonus veto power. In the end, the plan worked. So, Kyland walked out of the veto competition with the bonus power of veto thanks to his gamble. But would he use it on Derek, his pawn?
Meanwhile, Alyssa straight up won the power of veto. However, Kyland didn’t want her to play hers on Big Brother 23. Instead, he wanted to use the bonus veto on Claire since she could have won it. Alyssa agreed and Kyland used his veto on Claire. That left Derek Frazier momentarily alone on the block until Britini D’Angelo was re-nommed.
BB23 Renoms: Britini Back on the Block – Derek Frazier with her as Final Nominees
All along, Derek knew he was just a pawn on the Big Brother block. However, Derek’s been playing a little petulant. After the veto ceremony, when Kyland didn’t pull him down, Derek’s supposed to keep up that ruse. Meanwhile, Britini still thinks there’s a chance to save herself. But there’s really not.
Derek is liked enough to keep him in the Big Brother house. The only concern seems to be if Azah Awasum can work it out so she can throw a sympathy vote at Britini without putting Derek at risk. They think Sara Beth and Claire will vote with the cookout to keep Derek Frazier. That might happen since SB should vote alongside Kyland.
However, Britini had a strange encounter with Kyland where he wouldn’t really admit if she was his target or not. And he basically said don’t bad mouth me while campaigning to stay. Later, in the Big Brother house, Britini spreads this around and says Kyland threatened her. If she mentions him while campaigning, then he could push the house to go against her.
Who Will Be Evicted Tonight on Big Brother – Derek or Britini?
So, is it Derek Frazier headed out to chat with Julie Chen Moonves tonight or Britini D’Angelo? BB23 spoilers point to Britini’s latest time on the chopping block being her last. However, Kyland shouldn’t do too much of a happy dance about getting out one of his targets. Because he’s now a target himself. Even his own big alliance, The Cookout, is giving him side eye.
Watch tonight for the veto ceremony. And, as always, a large part of the dynamics seen on the Big Brother Live Feeds never makes it to the edited CBS network show. With that in mind, Kyland’s chat with Britini might not come out at all. In the end, we should see Derek Frazier unpacking his bag by the end of Thursday night unless something truly crazy happens in the house between now and then.
For now, the Big Brother spoiler is that Alyssa wins the Power of Veto. Kyland wins the High Rollers PoV. Alyssa won’t use hers. Kyland pulls Claire off the block. Then he renoms Britini. Final nominations are Britini sitting next to Derek Frazier going into the Thursday night live eviction on CBS.
