Ashland Locke finally spills everything to Victoria Newman in a pre-wedding shocking confession. He admits that after he assumed his friend Ashland’s identity, he worked diligently for Camilla Rhodes. After she died, he anticipated an inheritance. However, the wealthy woman left him nothing on Young and the Restless.
It seems she had every confidence that he would be able to make it on his own. Ashland Locke was furious over this development. With the help of Jesse Gaines’ (Jamison Jones) father, they changed Camilla’s last will and testament. Young and the Restless scoops show that after their interference, Ashland inherited all of her assets.

Ash used this money to buy the two television stations that launched his career. So Jesse Gaines’ dad was an active part of the deception and supported Ashland’s actions. However, Young and the Restless updates show when his son, Jesse Junior, got wind of the plan, he used the information to blackmail the New Yorker.
Now, Jesse still has the evidence that could bring Ashland Locke down. He came to Genoa City to up the ante on his plan to squeeze more money out of the businessman. Ash admits to Victoria that her father paid him off to go away. However, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) could still find him and learn the truth on Young and the Restless.

After hearing this news, Victoria feels scared and confused. She has spent years building up Newman Enterprises. But now, by her association with Ashland, the company is open to trouble. She can’t believe her fiance put her in this position. If she doesn’t act on this knowledge immediately and turn Ashland Locke in, she is complicit.
