90 Day Fiance season 7 is almost here, so let’s take a look at Michael Jessen and Juliana Custodio. It’s an odd matchup mostly because of the huge age gap between them. With Juliana being almost half of Michael’s age. The two met at an exclusive yacht party in Brazil. Some think Juliana is just using Michael for his money or to get a green card, while others assume he’s paying her to be with him. But Michael claims that they are the real deal. We’ll find out when the new season airs Sunday, November 3rd on TLC.
90 Day Fiance: Michael Jessen Shares How He Met Juliana Custodio
In the newly released 90 Day Fiance introduction video for Michael Jessen and his fiance Juliana Custodio, he tells the story of how they met. Apparently, the rich wine entrepreneur was invited to a huge party on a yacht in Brazil by one of his friends. Which is where he and Juliana first crossed paths.
“I remember when I first saw her,” Michael Jessen reveals in the short 90 Day Fiance clip. “She [Juliana Custodio] is beautiful, an amazing body. I don’t necessarily believe in love at first sight, but it’s like we were kindred spirits,” Michael explains, while pictures of the two together flash across the screen. “We had such a connection. It was just the beginning of something beautiful.”
She is ‘Funny, Thoughtful, Smart’ & Half His Age
After meeting at the party, Juliana Custodio and Michael Jessen got to know each other. “I quickly realized she’s funny, she’s thoughtful, she’s smart and I was amazed that she was 20-years-old.” Now 90 Day Fiance newcomer Michael is 41-years-old and Juliana is only 23 which makes her 18 years his junior.
Michael Jessen also has an ex-wife and two children that Juliana might not be prepared to handle. Because she’s still so young, she might not be ready to help or even have any interest in taking care of kids.
90 Day Fiance: Fans Call Juliana ‘Prostitute’ and ‘Golddigger’
This isn’t the first time 90 Day Fiance fans have watched a couple with a large age gap on the show and they’re no dummies. It seems that many of them believe that Juliana Custodio is only chasing Michael because of his giant bank account. Some are even calling her a “golddigger”, while other fans say Michael Jessen is basically a glorified sugar daddy.
Michael is quick to defend her on 90 Day Fiance previews and says “she’s not a prostitute” into the cameras. Michael has a lot to learn about reality television. If you say something like that on camera, it will turn into memes and get used in almost every TLC promo for the show.
