1000-lb Sisters has Tammy Slaton, who recently opened up to her sister Misty Slaton. She said that she feels like she is always stuck at home. She explains that she has been bigger all her life, which has led to her not being able to go and do much. But lately, the fact that Tammy is always at home is starting to bother her. She is now able to see bits and pieces of the world when she goes out with her siblings. And she wants more.
When she was dating Phillip Redmond, she was so focused on him that she didn’t even think of her weight as an aspect. This made Misty nervous because, with Tammy the size that she is, she can’t even walk 75 steps on her own. Misty says that her sister going to Las Vegas and making no effort to increase her mobility made her upset. But will Tammy take things too far?

1000-lb Sisters’ Tammy Slaton reveals way more about her birthday party than before. For her party, Amy Slaton and her friends take her to what looks to be a naughty drag show. Here Tammy throws money at the person performing for her and her friends. She yells, “I’m vibing.” She is all done up with a rainbow on her cheek, and everyone has a drink in their hands. While birthday partying may be an excuse to cheat on your diet, she is extending her partying past that.
She is in a video with three men and bottles of alcohol. Tammy takes back shots with these men. Then they all toast to her saying, “To the queen.” They make an alcoholic drink called a screwdriver and margaritas, and she parties it up. Her brother, Chris Combs says that he fears that she’ll be too far gone. He thinks she will hit rock bottom. Will she stop all this before it’s too late?

She has a good relationship with her weight loss specialist Dr. Eric Smith, and he wants to see her get healthy. He comes out to her house to talk with her about her new lifestyle choices.
