Victoria Newman experienced a great deal of trauma recently. Most of it at the hands of Ashland Locke. He has lied to her repeatedly throughout their relationship.

Victoria’s family has a lot to say about it. First, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) do their best to talk her out of her plan to take back Ashland Locke.

The summer will show Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) using Victoria’s decision to his advantage. With Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) by his side, he hopes his father will finally support him over Victoria Newman.
Her forgiveness of Ashland puts her judgment into question. Victor is proud of Adam’s achievements. However, he isn’t sure Adam is ready to take over Newman Enterprises.
