‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday May 25: Adam Newman Confronts Chelsea in the Hospital

Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, May 25 bring Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to see Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) in the psychiatric hospital. Then, he takes full blame for everything that has happened. However, he wants the restraining order dropped immediately. He needs to see his son on the CBS soap opera. Also, Amanda Sinclair (temporary recast Karla Mosley) demands answers from her mother.

Adam Newman Visits Chelsea – Young and the Restless Spoilers

The doctor brings Adam back to Chelsea’s room. The doctor thinks if they talk, it might help Chelsea’s recovery. Per Y&R scoops, Adam takes responsibility for Chelsea’s situation. He knows he sent her over the edge. He mentions that Conner Newman (Judah Mackey) doesn’t have a parent right now since she is hospitalized. And he can’t see him due to the restraining order.

He asks that she have it dropped right away. But Chelsea Newman angrily yells no. Adam is to blame and doesn’t deserve to see their son. You will just try to turn him against me, she states. The doctor agrees with Adam. Their boy needs a parent. So, he wants Chelsea to let Adam father Conner on Young and the Restless.

Chelsea Gives Her Statement to the Police on Y&R

Chelsea awakens to find Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) in her hospital room. So she tells him all about the nice dream she was having. Michael Baldwin (Christen LeBlanc) arrives right behind him. We need to get your statement as soon as your lawyer gets here, he says. She remembers that she needs to tell them why she hurt Rey on Young and the Restless.

As her statement is recorded, Chelsea Newman recalls the details of her plan. She blames her actions on her incapacitating stroke. Chelsea argues that Adam Newman had an affair with Sharon right under her nose. Young and the Restless news indicates she admits to poisoning Rey and setting up Adam to take the fall.

Y&R information reports Chelsea wanted her ex-husband and Sharon to pay for their actions. So they both needed to lose it all to understand the pain they caused her. She tells Rey they were both victims of the sneaky couple. She finishes up, and the DA says he will not fight her diminished capacity defense.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Rey Offers the Truth

Rey tells her there was no affair. There was the one kiss that she blew out of proportion. But Chelsea knows it is true because she saw it with her own eyes. Rey tells Chelsea Newman one more thing – I forgive you. She is happy to hear this news. So she asks that he come to visit again. However, as soon as he is out the door, she can’t hide her huge grin. Rey returns to CL and fills Sharon in on the details of his meeting with Chelsea.

She is surprised to learn that he has agreed to continue to visit her. He thinks this will allow him to try to make sure she isn’t fake. And if she is sincere, he wasn’t raised to turn his back on a person in need on Young and the Restless.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor Newman & Adam Talk Strategy

Adam finishes his phone call as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) arrives at Society. But he is unsuccessful in getting the restraining order against him dropped. He tells his father he can’t help him. Let’s just get to business, he argues. We need to focus on our new media company; he tells Victor.

Young and the Restless updates show that Victor asked Noah Newman (Robert Adamson) to create a new logo for their company. Adam comments on the Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) case. So Victor is surprised to learn that Adam has read up on the impending trial.

They agree to convey later in the day. Adam needs to get his boy back. So he will take a move from his father’s playbook. The Newman patriarch looks nervous as his son leaves the restaurant on Young and the Restless.

Young and the Restless Updates: Sharon & Mariah Catch Up at Crimson Lights

At CL, Sharon makes brownies as Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster), and Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines) do homework. Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) appears to catch up with her mom per Young and the Restless updates. She is thrilled to hear that Rey has moved back home.

Sharon brings brownies to the kids. She then tells her oldest daughter the details of her reunion with her husband. Mariah offers support but isn’t feeling well. But she thinks it is indigestion. The doting mom checks on Faith and her pal Moses. They are working intently. She sends a loving text to Rey to remind him she is thinking of him.

Amanda Demands Answers – Y&R Scoops

Young and the Restless spoilers explain Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) and Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) show up to meet with Amanda Sinclair at The Grand Phoenix. Amanda reports she has new information. So she now has more questions than ever. Sutton Ames’ (Jack Landen) case has gotten much more complicated.

Both are shocked to hear that Richard was looking for his child when he died. But Naya is sure he didn’t know that she was pregnant. Amanda doesn’t share where she learned this fact. But she also reports that her father wasn’t fired from Newman Enterprises. Her mother wonders why he didn’t come to her if he had concerns.

The pretty lawyer wants answers immediately. If she doesn’t give them now, Amanda will look elsewhere. But Naya feels threatened by the comment. Imani thinks they should keep the blackmail angle as they work on Sutton’s defense. Young and the Restless scoops report Amanda again pushes Naya. She believes she is holding something back. But Imani comes to Naya’s rescue.

Young and the Restless Information: Sutton’s Case Gets Complicated

Later, Amanda meets Devon at his penthouse. However, she doesn’t want to talk about her meeting with her family. Then, Devon gives her the scoop regarding his talk with Victor. He believes he is telling the truth. However, Amanda thinks her mother is lying. What if her father went to Sutton in his search for his child? How does that tie into his death, she ponders?
