Young and the Restless Spoilers: Summer Newman Doesn’t Trust Her Fiance

After Summer Newman saw that Kyle Abbott’s been texting Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle), she couldn’t rush blindly to marry him again. The last time they got hitched, Summer gave up a chunk of liver to Lola and then threw herself into marriage. And Kyle did too – but not for very long.

Recall on Young and the Restless that Kyle Abbott bedded Summer Newman and acted like a married man in love – but only for a minute. Then, he ran off, hopped in bed with virginal Lola (who wasn’t pure for long after that). Then, he ditched Summer and married Lola.

Back then, on Young and the Restless, Summer was left heartbroken and down a liver lobe. So, she can’t risk herself again after seeing Kyle’s messages to Lola. Now, she’s hanging around in Genoa City to see what Kyle Abbott does after she left him.

 

Y&R Spoilers: Kyle Abbott Tested – Will He Pass?

One person spotted Summer Newman in GC, and Young and the Restless spoilers know that’s Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind). She asked her big sister what she’s doing, lurking around in the shadows watching Kyle. So, Summer explains her plan to evaluate Kyle and see what he does.

Young and the Restless spoilers confirm Summer Newman wants to see if Kyle Abbott runs right back into Lola’s arms. Unfortunately, Summer testing Kyle is a bad idea. It’s never good to play games with a man that you love. Because Lola still has the hots for him.

At first, as seen on Young and the Restless, Lola raged at Kyle Abbott for showing up at Society looking all lovelorn. But then Lola felt bad and told him he could come around. So, Summer Newman might have set the stage for a “Kola” reunion by walking out on the elopement.

 

Young and the Restless Scheme Sets Stage for Summer Exit – Split from Kyle?

Y&R spoilers now predict a “Skyle” split might be needed for Hunter King to break from the CBS soap opera. ABC hired her as a prime time lead. Many scripted shows are now getting back to work, so Hunter may need to slide onto the back burner as Summer Newman for awhile.

And Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Kyle Abbott’s failing his test so far. He called a former flame in NYC and made hookup plans with her. Then, he sniffed around ex-wife Lola, too. So, everywhere Kyle turns, he’s got his hands in the cookie jar while Summer Newman observes.

So, the big question on Young and the Restless is this – will Summer walk in and tell Kyle she put him to the test and he fell short? Or will seeing Kyle Abbott betray their love send Summer Newman out of town without even saying goodbye to him? She and her honey might be done by the time sweeps kicks off.
