Young and the Restless Spoilers: Chelsea Newman Gets Ruling on her Case

Chelsea Newman sits on pins and needles on Y&R. awaiting the results of her case. Then, Michael Baldwin (Christen LeBlanc) reports to her that the judge made their decision. Will I go to prison, Chelsea asks. The judge found Chelsea not guilty by reason of insanity. Lucky for Chelsea, she’ll not go to jail.

Instead, she will remain at the psychiatric hospital on Young and the Restless. But, that means Chelsea’s stuck where she is and needs periodic evaluations. Once she is found stable, Chelsea will be released. Mike says it’s a good outcome, but she’s mad. Chelsea doesn’t see why she should be in there while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is allowed to walk free.

He is the crazy one, Chelsea exclaims. Young and the Restless updates hint that Michael believes Chelsea will have a chance to get better. But Adam never will. He insists Chelsea Newman is the winner in the situation. But she doesn’t think so. And Chelsea’s already plotting in her mind to get out and get the better of her ex.

Summer Newman Torn – Y&R Updates

Summer Newman (Hunter King) confides in her mother,  Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), as she arrives at her suite at The Grand Phoenix. Her life was happy and on track one moment – and now it is in shambles. So, Phyllis thinks putting the wedding to Kyle Abbott on hold is a good idea. But Summer isn’t so sure.

In fact, if she and Kyle Abbott were already married, none of this would matter. Maybe she and Kyle should get hitched immediately, she suggests – says new Young and the Restless information. Phyllis learns that Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) will stay in Genoa City permanently. Not as supportive as usual, her mom points out it did take Kyle a while to come clean to his fiancee.

So, she asks her daughter to be honest with herself on Young and the Restless. What does your heart say? Summer loves Kyle and won’t let this stand in their way. But will other obstacles get in the way of her and Kyle? Wait to see what they do on the soap.

Young and the Restless Scoops: Ashland Demands to See Harrison

At the Abbott mansion, Ashland is at the door, demanding to see his son. He even threatens to alert the police. So, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) allows him in. Ash tells his estranged wife to bring his son to him now. And he wonders if Kyle and Tara still have something going on between them. Why else would she run to him when she left their marriage?

Jack reminds them to consider what’s best for Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) and it is his business because this is his house. Young and the Restless scoops hint Kyle Abbott tells the other man that he needs to leave. However, Ash pushes back and demands again to see his son. Finally, Tara says he can as long as he doesn’t talk about custody or their split. And he agrees on Young and the Restless.

Later, while the two spend time together, Tara comes back upset. She tells Kyle Abbott that her son asked about the three of them going home together. So, Kyle cuts the visit short and tells the Locke Ness Monster to go. But again, Ashland pushes back on him. And this pushes things to a head with him and Kyle Abbott on Young and the Restless.

Sharon & Rey Plan a Second Honeymoon Per Y&R News

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) hangs with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) at Crimson Lights on Young and the Restless. News for the soaps explains that she asks if he’ll go to Chelsea’s hearing but he doesn’t want to. He says the DA can deal with it. They both Chelsea Newman won’t go to prison – if only for Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) sake.

Then, Michael calls to tell them the verdict on Young and the Restless. With that loose end tied neatly, they decide to go away for a second honeymoon. They start to make plans to go to Maimi – but don’t want to stay with his mother. Next, Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) interrupts them with news about her back-to-school angst.

She hopes the other kids leave her alone. Faith goes to chat with Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines). On Young and the Restless, Michael shows up and wonders out loud if Chelsea Newman’s running a con that she’s crazy and is really sane. He also thinks Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) might be helping her. So, this is clearly not over on the CBS soap.

Young and the Restless News: Nick Debates Taking His Dad’s Job Offer

Y&R updates indicate Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) arrives at TGP and sees his father and brother there talking about Chelsea’s case. All agree they feel horrible for Chelsea Newman. Nick goes to leave, but they ask that he join them. They have a proposition he may find interesting.

The Mustache wants Noah Newman (Robert Adamson) to design the logo for their new company. Young and the Restless information reports they would also like to sponsor Nick’s charity, New Hope. Both men are on board but the oldest son isn’t so sure. However, Adam insists he wants to do good in the world.

Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam seems sincere. Working together would make our dad’s dream come true, he argues as he tries to get Nick on board. But the other son needs to speak to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) before he can make a decision about whether New Hope will cooperate with Newman Media.

Victor Threatens Chelsea on Y&R

Then, Adam gets the call that Chelsea Newman has been found not guilty due to insanity. So, he and his father agree that it is for the best. Next, Victor heads to the hospital to see Chelsea and congratulate her. He tells her it’s for the best. But Chelsea Newman reminds him that she faked the breakdown – and isn’t really crazy. However, he disagrees.

He thinks she really is nuts on Young and the Restless. He wants her to get the help she needs. But if she doesn’t stick with the plan, he will stop paying off the doctor. She worries he will keep her in the hospital forever. Play the game the way I laid it out, or else – he threatens. He tells Chelsea Newman if she doesn’t address her mental health issues, she’ll never get out.

Young and the Restless Scoops: Sally Spectra Plots Against Summer

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) leaves a message for Ashland. She thinks the Italian fashion house is the perfect fit to lure Summer out of Genoa City. So she will work on laying the foundation now. At Society, Sally apologizes to Summer for sending Tara to the party. But Summer is not buying it.

She asks what the redhead wants in Young and the Restless updates. Next, Sally tells her rival she may be leaving town. There is an incredible opportunity in Milan as the creative director at Moretti. So, Kyle Abbott’s fiancee sarcastically tells the redhead to go for it. Will she succeed in sending her out of town?

Kyle Abbott Drops Paternity Bomb on Ashland – Y&R Scoops

Nick tells Phyllis about his dad and brother’s offer but she thinks it’d be a disaster. Nick’s not so sure. Their attention turns to their daughter. Both think that Kyle Abbott is doing the right thing by stepping up for Harrison. However, they worry about how it will affect their daughter on Young and the Restless.

Kyle calls his love and asks her to come to the house. The DNA results are on the way. He wants them to be together when they get the information. After Kyle asks Ash to leave, he refuses. Young and the Restless updates show Tara begs her estranged husband not to seek full custody and he makes more threats.

Then, he turns his anger on Kyle Abbott and starts making threats. He vows to take his son. But Kyle says he’s wrong as he walks back in the room holding an envelope. Kyle waves it at Ashland and tells the other man that he’s not the boy’s father. Kyle Abbott claims that he is the kid’s dad. So, it looks like the truth is out and Kyle’s baby mama is here to stay.
