This week on Y&R, Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) stunned Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) in his hotel room at the Grand Phoenix. Then she took the shock to the next level when she revealed she’s moved on and fallen for a new man. And her husband lost it.
All this time on Young and the Restless, Daniel’s been hard at work on his video game platform, OmegaSphere, as part of his “new man” program. He’d hoped desperately that when he got his act together, Heather and Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) would take him back.

And he wanted to be the one to approach her, show her how he’s changed and win her back. But no… His meddling mom, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) just had to intervene. She flew to see Heather to brag on her son and sell her on reconciliation.
Instead, it convinced Heather Stevens that they need to move on from each other on The Young and the Restless. So, we expect Daniel to go chew out his mom for getting involved. But will his next stop be to see his ex, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) on Y&R?

If you weren’t watching in the mid-2000s, you might have missed Lily Winters’ fledgling romance with Daniel Romalotti blossom into love. This was way before she married bad-boy Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard).

With Daniel Romalotti soon alone in Genoa City on Young and the Restless, it seems only natural that he opens up to Lily Winters. After all, she’s been through a divorce with him. And it appears he fell into some bad habits with Heather, much as he did with his first wife.
So, the large question is — with Lily Winters done with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Daniel dumped, will they rebound? It sure seems like Y&R writers are heading in that direction, and things might heat up for them soon.
