She thinks this proves to Devon how important Billy’s podcasts are to the brand. His latest program that trashed Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) brought many new viewers. However, Devon is not convinced.
In fact, Young and the Restless spoilers indicate he is not happy that Billy Abbott is using the company to air his personal vendettas. So, Devon is uncomfortable with how the conversation goes.
He and Lily are still figuring out the balance of power. Devon Hamilton doesn’t want his concerns ignored. So Lily must decide how to handle the situation in a way that keeps everyone happy.
Young and the Restless Updates: Problems Grow for Billy & Lily
Billy Abbott is on cloud nine with the way his podcast is going. It gives him a creative outlet to explore his inner demons. He believes his program helps listeners figure out their problems and find solutions. So he will not be happy to hear Devon’s input.
This newest development could cause a problem for Billy’s relationship with his girlfriend. She is his boss and may have to tell him to cut the amount of time he is spending on his passion project.
To add fuel to the fire, Young and the Restless news show the handsome COO has hired Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) to work as his producer.
Chelsea’s presence could add to the problems facing the couple. She is single and recently became infatuated with a married man. So she is a wildcard.
Chelsea and Billy Abbott have a long, complicated history. She is the biological mother of his son. So now that the pair will be working together, sparks could fly.
