Hey, there ‘Young and the Restless fans. It is Soap Dirt on YouTube, and we have got a special edition of ‘The Young and the Restless‘ Summer spoilers. These just came out. They’re brand new. They are official. We’re gonna talk about them.
Talk about the other spoilers and where the storylines are going. And what you can expect as we head into this sizzling summer in Genoa City now that we have just passed Memorial Day weekend.
Let’s dig in. All right. First, Nick Newman and Sharon Newman are reunited in the face of an old foe. That old foe is Cameron Kirsten. Everybody has been wondering who this is that’s been sending Sharon these gifts.
And the official Young and the Restless Summer spoilers say that Nick Newman rides to Sharon’s rescue. But it’s at the expense of spending time with pregnant Sally Spectra.
This is hot on the heels of him finally saying, I love you. Then promising he would be there for her — and he’s about to show her that he’s not.
Sharon’s Disturbing Y&R Past Comes Back
And it’s understandable what he does because Cameron Kirsten is a lunatic. If you don’t remember, this guy was back in the early ’80s, and he was obsessed with Sharon. She and Cameron had a one-night stand while she was very stressed out.
And that was enough for him to come from Denver all the way to Genoa City to stalk her and try to make her hurt. Try to make her his woman, and it wound up with him going to prison. Now, Cameron Kirsten is paroled. And he makes a beeline right back for Sharon in the latest Young and the Restless promo.

Linden Ashby Joins the Cast of Young and the Restless as Cameron Kirsten
Cameron Kirsten is played by Linden Ashby, who is married to Susan Walters, who plays Diane Jenkins. So that’s kind of a fun little tidbit to think about while you’re watching this new plot at the same time that Nick is defending Sharon.
Y&R Summer spoilers say that Adam Newman makes inroads with Sally. That’s because Nick isn’t there for her because he’s off playing White Knight for Sharon on Young and the Restless. No doubt, I mean, we have to say this.
Sharon does need him because Cameron Kirsten is very dangerous. Meanwhile, Adam Newman pledges his love and loyalty to Sally, and we have to wonder if she’s gonna start listening because Nick isn’t there for her.
Understandable that he has to protect Sharon. But the bottom line is Sally’s hormonal. She’s pregnant, she has needs, and where’s Nick? Oh, he’s over at Sharon’s place.
The Tangle Between Kyle, Daniel, and Summer on Y&R
Also, Kyle Abbott and Summer Newman hit the skids, according to Y&R Summer spoilers. That’s because of Phyllis Summers’ pseudo-suicide scheme. Pseudo-suicide is a word for faking your own death. Isn’t that fun? Has ripple effects for quite a while.
On Monday, May 29th, we saw Kyle Abbott walking in on Daniel Romalotti with Summer Newman and Phyllis Summers, and Kyle loses it. He cannot believe that his wife’s been lying to him.
Because supposedly, Daniel Romalotti said that Phyllis showed up to him. But now it’s looking like the truth is about to come out, and we have to wonder if Summer is going to pile on with more lies.
Summer’s Lies and Victoria’s Romance on Young and the Restless
Or will Phyllis Summers speak on her behalf and make things worse by revealing more than Kyle already knew about this situation? Kyle and Summer look to be in serious trouble soon. Also, Nate and Victoria’s romance is out publicly as of next week.
Meanwhile, Victor gives a tacit blessing this coming week, but the bottom line is he doesn’t trust Nate. The guy and Nick and Nikki really don’t trust him. They have all cited Nate Hastings’s disloyalty to his own family and his extremely aggressive ambitions.
Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor Newman takes control when he calls Victoria’s judgment into question. So we have to wonder if Victoria’s CEO seat is at risk because of her fling with cheating. Nate, right now, Victor has said he thinks it’s okay.
Victor’s Doubts and the Future of Newman Enterprises on Y&R
However, something happens to change his mind. Meanwhile, Audra Charles and Nate are conspiring against both Nick and Nikki to get them out so they can take over their seats at the company.
So we’ll have to see what it is that raises Victor’s red flag, but when he takes control, Victoria’s probably not going to like it in other ‘Young and the Restless‘ summer spoilers.
Plot Twists in the Abbott Family and Jabot on Young and the Restless
Ashley Abbott plots to oust Jack Abbott as the CEO of Jabot. She thinks his involvement with Diane Jenkins is toxic and is harming the company. Meanwhile, Tucker McCall is in the Abbott House and is now suddenly engaged.
Ashley makes things even worse, and it looks like Jack soon claps back. And he may give Diane a high-profile job once her ankle monitor’s off after the charges are dropped, which should be coming very soon.
The Y&R spoilers say that Jack Abbott makes changes up in the C-suite, which is the executive suite, where your CEO, your CFO, your COO, that’s why it’s called the C-Suite, where all reside.
And it definitely looks like he’s gonna install Diane there to aggravate Ashley. Meanwhile, Billy Abbott’s caught in the middle. He’s actually okay with Jack being with Diane. But he doesn’t want a family civil war.
And ‘The Young and the Restless‘ spoilers confirm that Traci Abbott is back soon to try and play family peacemaker. It’ll be exciting to see Beth Maitland back on the scene in other Y&R summer spoilers. Plus, we’ve got two couples heating up over the summer.
Upcoming Romances in Y&R
That’s Billy Abbott and Chelsea and also his ex Lily with her ex and new flame, Daniel Romalotti. Billy and Chelsea’s bond deepens, according to Y&R summer spoilers. And no doubt, he’s gonna keep helping Connor.
He’s struggling with the fact he’ll soon have a baby sister from Sally Spectra. Plus, Lily is there for Daniel as he copes with the fallout from his mom’s lies and schemes. She is definitely not team Phyllis in this.
Recall she raged when Daniel told her recently that his mom is still alive. Plus, Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Phyllis Summers tries to shift blame for her actions as of this past Friday.
The Friday before Memorial Day. Red is back in Genoa City for good, with Kyle spotting her on Monday. It looks like the end is near.
Phyllis’s Return and The Future of the Newman Family
That’s the same day that Chance gets back the DNA evidence and tells DA Christine Williams that Phyllis definitely faked her death. Now they all know it’s true. Therefore, we expect charges to be dropped against Diane in the coming week or two.
With Phyllis trying to make amends according to Friday, June 2nd spoilers. It seems like she is trying to escape consequences by offering a mea culpa. But what can she really say, and would she actually apologize to Diane Jenkins?
I personally doubt it. It looks more and more like Phyllis is putting all of her efforts into blaming Jeremy Stark for all of this and trying to make it out like she is a victim as much as Diane.
Phyllis’ Strategy and The Young and The Restless Updates
And that seems to be the only way that we could play this out, but we did a recent video. If you check our playlist about whether Phyllis is gonna end up in prison or Fairview, I think it’s gonna be one or the other.
I don’t think she can come out of this completely unscathed. It’s definitely worth looking at. Let’s dig into the very last of these summer spoilers. So this last one is huge. And it says Chance Chancellor changes things up on Devon Hamilton and Abby Newman.
Major Y&R Spoilers: Changes in Chance, Devon, and Abby’s Lives
We just heard Devon talking the other day to Lily Winters about how Chance still spends time with Dominic. But Abby and Devon don’t really see him. The nanny does the handoffs. I am speculating here, but I’m wondering if Chance might step away from Dominic.
After all, he is Devon and Abby’s biological child. And, of course, Chance was meant to be his dad had he stayed in the marriage with Abby Newman. Maybe he’s finding this too painful. Maybe he’s not feeling connected to the kid.
Remember, he was really struggling to bond because he had PTSD and things like that. So I’m wondering if Chance might take a step back. I don’t know. I mean, this might be his one and only chance to really have a kid because he’s got that low sperm count.
