Young and the Restless Spoilers: Billy Abbott Does Hatchet Job on Kyle Abbott?
Billy Abbott’s proved he can be both reckless and ruth in business and his personal life. Now, it seems he’ll put work above family loyalty. Although he told Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) that he would drop it, there’s no way that he will. Next week, Billy’s busy scheming on Y&R.
At first, Billy was just curious about the messy Locke divorce. Then, he grilled Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about why Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) was holed up at the family mansion. On next week’s Young and the Restless, Jack tells Billy Abbott to drop it or else.
When Billy can’t stop pushing, Jack finally (and perhaps foolishly) tells him the whole story. Then, Jack tells him that he can’t write this story or it’ll hurt his grandson. But if you recall, this wouldn’t be the first time Billy Abbott harmed a child with a story he published.
Remember when Billy printed the story on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) on ChanceCom? That nearly ruined Faith Newman’s (Alyvia Alyn Lind) life. And it led directly to her drunk driving accident. Yet Billy doesn’t feel accountable for it on Young and the Restless.
Things Get Ugly Between Jack Abbott & Brother on Y&R
The latest soap news says Lily goes to her brother, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), for advice. Perhaps it is about the situation that develops between Billy and his brother Jack. After all, Devon knows both men well and may be able to offer some insight.
At the least, he will support his sister. However, Lily is distraught to see Billy’s dark side re-emerge on Young and the Restless. While the brothers have been close recently, they have not always seen eye to eye on Y&R. Remember Billy Abbott’s gambled, cheated with Jack’s wife, and done many dirty deeds.
Now, things could get that ugly again. Jack is 100% standing by Kyle, Tara, and Harrison. And he’ll be furious if Billy does this – and you know he’s going to do this. Even though the divorce might be public, Harrison’s paternity is a very private matter.
That information is quite sensitive. So, Billy Abbott printing that online will be scandalous. Jack is usually the voice of reason and very forgiving. But Young and the Restless spoilers predict he’ll be enraged at Billy over this. It crosses a line and the damage can’t be undone.

Kyle is fighting tooth and nail to remain in his son’s life. However, Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) is on the warpath. He wants Harrison’s bio-dad blocked from this kid’s life. This public humiliation will also infuriate Ash. No doubt, Billy’s story will make everything worse for everyone.
Young and the Restless scoops indicate that Kyle will rage at Billy. And Lily won’t be pleased either. Most of the Abbott family could turn on Billy Boy – along with most of Genoa City. Ashland will be furious and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) might side with him too.
This shady move could leave Billy with few friends or family speaking to him. But, it’s a gamble – and longtime watchers know he can’t stop himself when it comes to things like that. Now, Kyle and Summer Newman (Hunter King) decide to go ahead and get married.
But this nasty article could blow up those plans on Y&R. The soap heats up as the Abbotts are torn apart. Billy Abbott will once again become the family pariah on the CBS soap opera if he can’t fight his worst instincts.
