‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Adam Newman Bribes Ashland Locke to Take a Hike
The Young and the Restless spoilers see Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) bribing Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) to go away but is this a fail? Will Ash take the money and hightail it out of town on the CBS soap opera?
Adam Newman Unhappy with Plan Against Ashland Locke – Young and the Restless
Adam is unhappy with the way things are panning out. He agreed to take the hit in Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) plan for Ashland Locke. But now, he realizes he doesn’t gain much from being the patsy for the family.
After everything is said and done, he will return to his position at Newman Media. Victoria will assume the CEO job at Newman/Locke, and Adam will be left out in the cold. However, his reputation will take a severe hit.
Currently, the plan includes the handsome businessman being arrested for setting up Ashland. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will then fire him from the company on Young and the Restless.
After much thought, Adam realizes he is on the losing end of the stick. He plans to do a great job while he holds the CEO position. But no matter how successful his tenure is, Victor will kick him to the curb.
Adam Newman has no motivation to continue with Victoria Newman’s scheme. He sees it as a problem she created and he shouldn’t be a pawn.
Y&R Spoilers: Adam Offers A Bribe
Adam decides to go rogue and makes his move. So he confronts Ashland at Crimson Lights. He offers the Locke Ness Monster five hundred million dollars to leave town for good. Ashland Locke would be out of the company and Victoria’s life for good.

Such a vast amount of money is tempting, so Ashland has a lot of thinking to do on Young and the Restless. Should he accept the cash and run? Or stay and continue his con of Victoria?
The Young and the Restless Updates: Will Ashland Take The Bait?
Ashland Locke has a lot riding on how his current plan turns out. If everything goes as hoped, he will keep his wife and job.
He is clueless that Vikki is on to him. So the ex-New Yorker has no idea the Newman Family is playing him for a fool.
So far, on Young and the Restless, Ashland has fallen right into the trap. He has already broken into Adam Newman’s computer once in search of evidence to use to frame Adam. So Ashland will turn down Adam’s offer. He wants to stay by Victoria’s side and may even truly love her.
So, Adam’s forced to be the bad guy to save his family’s legacy. However, his offer to Ashland falls flat and will be used against him in the future.
