‘Young and the Restless’: Sally and Connor Bonding Leaves Sharon and Chelsea Fuming
Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) bonding with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) gets under the skin of two women that are very attached to his father, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). The boy likes the fashion designer very much but his dad’s ex-wives are bothered by this growing relationship and question her motives on the CBS soap.
Young and the Restless This Week: Connor Newman and Sally Spectra Bonding
Sally Spectra had two different encounters with cutie Connor Newman on Y&R recently. During both of these run-ins, he quickly warmed up to the pretty redhead. He has been sad and confused ever since Adam Newman told him that he would not reunite with his mother, Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan), on Young and the Restless.
However, as soon as Sally Spectra appears, Connor Newman always goes from moping to a big smile. Somehow, she’s easily connecting with the angsty tween. And can get him to laugh and relax. Sally’s enjoying these positive vibes. But are her motives pure? Young and the Restless updates wonder if she hopes to use the kid to get closer to Adam.

While talking to Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson), she was almost giddy describing her time with Connor. Then, Chloe noticed the excitement in her eyes as they spoke. Young and the Restless spoilers suggest the designer keeps coming up with excuses to spend time with his son Connor Newman to show Adam how good she is with the boy.
Sharon & Chelsea Both Unhappy About a New Rival on Y&R
Sharon noticed the connection between Connor and the redhead immediately. If looks could kill, Sally would have been DOA on the floor of Crimson Lights… Young and the Restless viewers will recall that Sharon was able to help Adam’s son in the past. But now the kid blames her for his parents’ problems.
Connor’s anger took the CL owner by surprise. Her mere presence seems to cause him distress. Sharon is not used to this kind of rejection. And his reaction obviously hurt her. And it salts the wound that he lights up whenever Sally Spectra’s around. That’s eating at her on Young and the Restless and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) already noticed.

Chelsea Newman got an earful during her last chat with Chloe. Already, she heard that the redhead found her son at the park. However, Chelsea wanted to thank Sally for helping her son when she wasn’t around. However, Chloe quickly shuts down that idea on Young and the Restless. While she doesn’t want her BFF to reunite with Adam, she knows she still cares for him.
Now, Sharon and rival Chelsea have a common threat. It’s Sally’s growing presence in Connor and his dad Adam’s life. Both are jealous of the relationship between the young man and this new friend. Especially if it brings the hunky COO closer to her in a romantic way. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that the kid could be the key if she wants to hook up with her boss man.
Young and the Restless News: Adam Sees Sally in a New Light Thanks to Connor
It seems both these exes are right to worry. Adam has definitely noticed Sally Spectra’s positive affect on Connor Newman. He quietly watched with a smile on his face as his son enjoyed a moment with her. So, there’s little doubt Adam takes a second look at her soon. The big question is will this lead to an “Ally” romance on Young and the Restless.
After the couple shared a kiss on Young and the Restless, Adam put the kibosh on the relationship because he said he needed to focus on work and his son. However, Sally may not accept these excuses since his son seems to like her just fine. Y&R updates hint since they work together, and she now has an in with Connor, Sally will likely make another move on her hot boss soon on the CBS sudser.
