‘Young and the Restless’ Comings & Goings: Eric Forrester from ‘B&B’ Back – Sally’s Scheme Explodes?
Young and the Restless comings and goings confirm Eric Forrester (John McCook) shows up again and might blow up Sally Spectra‘s (Courtney Hope) scheme. This crossover for Y&R and Bold and the Beautiful takes place on Tuesday, August 2 and could be a huge deal for the scheme the redhead cooked up against her business rival on the CBS soap.
Young and the Restless Comings & Goings: Eric Forrester’s Return is Trouble for Sally Spectra
Y&R comings and goings say Eric Forrester is set to be back for another crossover. And when Eric crops up, that spells possible scheme-exposing trouble for Sally Spectra – and also Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner). It’s not clear if Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) somehow sets up his visit. Or if she prods Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) to bring him to town.
No matter who brings Eric to town Young and the Restless spoilers know that a few words from him would expose Sally. Recall, Sally Spectra first called Eric Forrester to bring up the topic of Marchetti – a company where he’s got great influence. Then, Sally took the extra step to fly to LA to talk to Eric face-to-face. There, Sally asked Eric to get Angelina Marchetti to make a job offer. That was back in June…

That’s why Angelina called Summer Newman (Hunter King) the job that pulled her away from GC, remind Young and the Restless comings and goings. Then, Tara iced the cake by blackmailing her to give her one huge reason to take the offer. Now, with Eric Forrester showing up, a few words from him could reveal what Sally Spectra did and ruin everything for these co-plotters on Y&R.
Lauren Fenmore Would Fire Designer – Y&R Spoiler Prediction
Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of August 6 have Phyllis finally finding out what Sally did with Tara to run off Summer. Y&R comings and goings suggest Eric Forrester won’t stick around too long. Eric’s got a front-burner plot over on Bold and the Beautiful so he will likely be on the other CBS soap for just one (or maybe two) episodes.
It looks like Eric just delivers some info to land Sally in some very hot water – then he jets. Of course, Summer’s innocent in this. Young and the Restless recaps remind Summer got her position at Marchetti based on merit. So, even though Sally Spectra connived to make it happen, it’s still hers if she wants it. And with Hunter King wrapped at the CBS sudser, Summer will stay in Italy.

Once Lauren learns Sally plotted behind her back, she’ll be furious. If Eric informs Lauren that Sally asked him to make the offer to Summer, the Fenmores owner will be shocked to learn of this duplicity. Young and the Restless spoilers say Lauren makes a power move soon. She would likely fire Sally if the truth comes out. There’s likely no way for her to wiggle her way out of this one.
Young and the Restless: Jack Abbott Would End Renewed Romance With Sally
Beyond losing her job as JVC president, Sally would lose more once Eric spills what she did. Remember, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) just let Sally Spectra back into his life. They enjoyed themselves on their recent dinner date. But once Jack hears the way Sally worked with Tara to hurt his son, all that affection will drain away in an instant on Young and the Restless.
Spoilers ask what happens to Sally now? She may try to take Tara down with her as she sees her life fall apart. Since she has destroyed her entire life in Genoa City, will she leave town?
