‘Young and the Restless’: Adam in a Snit – Sally’s Baby is a Christian Newman Redo?

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Newman Already Chafing over Sally Spectra Pregnancy
Y&R spoilers see Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) up in arms over Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) pregnancy news. He’s madly in love with her and completely annoyed that she’s still seeing Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Meanwhile, her boyfriend’s upset that his brother’s the biological father of the baby in her belly. However, there’s still a chance the kid is his on The Young and the Restless. First, there’s a rumor of test tampering.
Second, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) had an odd look on her face when her brother said Sally’s carrying Adam’s baby. She would totally rig a DNA test to saddle Adam with the kiddo — and get Nick clear of it.
Last, every pregnancy plot on a CBS soap opera with two guys involved usually leads to “who’s the daddy” schemes and shenanigans. So, we don’t expect the test Sally took to be a clear indicator of the truth of the matter.
Why is Nick Newman Raising Christian Newman Instead of Adam on Y&R?
You might have noticed on Young and the Restless that Adam’s already in a snit about this situation. He’s raged that he won’t let this turn out as it did with Christian Newman (Alex Wilson) on the CBS soap.
Christian’s the biological child of Adam and Sage Warner (Kelly Sullivan). That situation was similar to this Adam-Sally-Nick deal now. Back then, Sage dated the eldest Newman but did the deed with his brother during a breakup.

Sage freaked out when Adam questioned her, so he dropped it, and she married Nick. A paternity test showed Adam was the kid and at first, her new husband flipped but then they decided to work it out and raise the kid.
The baby was a preemie and a nurse told Sage and her husband that he died. But Christian was kidnapped and given to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) who was gaslit into believing she’d had a baby.
So, the kid started his life with Sharon as his mom on Young and the Restless. She was wed to Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton) back then. But Nick got the kid back and with Adam presumed dead at the time, raised him as his own.
Then he resurrected and returned, upset to find his big brother living with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and playing dad to both Christian and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). He fought for custody but finally dropped it.
Sally Stuck Fighting Brothers’ Tangled History on The Young and the Restless
Spoilers suggest that the echoes of their past haunt Adam Newman today. He now wonders if it was a mistake to let his brother keep Christian. And he’s certainly not going to let his big bro raise another child of his.
So, Y&R spoilers this week promise Sally Spectra changes her mind about something. And later in the week, Nick makes her a vow. It sounds like Sally and her boyfriend plan to raise this baby together on Young and the Restless.
But if Sally thinks she’ll convince Adam to walk away, she’d better think again — because it won’t happen. He’ll never stop wooing Sally Spectra. And he won’t let his older brother take one more thing from him.
So, whatever big decision Sally makes this week, she’d better catch up on the tangled history between her boyfriend and his little brother. Sally Spectra needs to understand why Adam Newman’s pushing so hard on the CBS soap.
