Ethan Plath of Welcome to Plathville recently spent some time back in his hometown of Cairo, Georgia. He spent time with his dad, Barry Plath, and his younger siblings.
Ethan said it has been a few months since he has spent time with his family, and he enjoyed the reunion. However, one key person was noticeably missing from the festivities, his wife Olivia.
Now it is no secret that Olivia Plath is not a huge fan of Cairo or certain members of the cast. Namely, Welcome to Plathville star and matriarch Kim Plath.
But it was clear from the photos shared by the siblings that their mom, Kim was nowhere to be seen. They also know that she rarely allows Ethan to travel without her. So this leads some viewers to ask, if the spouses are having marital problems, and might be living separate lives.
Ethan Enjoys Trip Home to Visit Family
During the Welcome to Plathville reunion, siblings Micah Plath, Isaac Plath, and Ethan all shared photos. The group looked to be having the time of their lives and seemed very happy to be together again. But not one mention of Kim, Olivia, or Moriah Plath who was also absent from the gathering.
In a recent video, Lydia answered many Welcome to Plathville viewers’ questions. One question she says she gets often is about her mom. She explains that Kim is doing well.
She adds that she spends time with the girls as much as she can. But Lydia says it has been a while since she saw her mom due to conflicting schedules. However, she says things are good between them.
One subject she failed to touch on was their mother’s relationship with her older brothers and sister. Or how they all stand with Ethan’s partner since the family blowup last season.
Welcome to Plathville viewers say they are eager to learn how all the siblings are up to since the show last aired. They hope many of their questions answered in the upcoming season.
Welcome to Plathville: Olivia Jet Sets Around the World
TLC has yet to confirm Season 5 of the popular reality series. However, Lydia let the cat out of the bag several months ago when she posted a photo of her mom.
She captioned it that filming had begun. Lydia and Olivia Plath are the only two who post regularly. But Olivia of Welcome to Plathville‘s posts mainly feature her travels around the world, or spending time with friends.

Since she fails to mention her spouse Ethan these days, some followers believe there is trouble in paradise. They find it strange that the pair relocated to Minnesota just a few months ago, and yet rarely mention each other.
They say they hope they are wrong because most continue to pull for Welcome to Plathville‘s Olivia Plath and Ethan Plath’s marriage to go the distance. Fans also say they can’t wait for more information, and hope to see news on a Season 5 premiere date soon.
