Many fans think the blonde cheerleader has BPD (borderline personality disorder) because of her intense emotional moments, and instability plus ongoing self-doubt.

Going through her last few years of photo, it does not appear that Sweeney had breast implant surgery. Yes, her bustline’s pretty impressive, but it also seems to be all-natural cleavage.
You can see in the above video from Sweeney’s social media that her chest bounces and moves naturally. It doesn’t look like implants — it looks like soft, natural breast tissue.
So, what about the other plastic surgery rumors about the Euphoria Cassie Howard actress? Several websites speculate that she’s had a nose job and offer before and after photos as “proof”.
But these prove nothing. The before photos are her with no makeup and much younger. And the after pics are her in her 20s fully made up with professional contouring makeup. It seems unlikely Sydney’s gone under the knife.

The Euphoria actress cried and said “I’m a f***ing person” and said it’s “f-d up” and that “people need to be nicer on social media.” For her part, Sydney Sweeney reportedly isn’t a party girl. Instead, she says she’s a homebody.
