Sonny Hides Truth from Carly – Both Love Other People on ‘General Hospital’

General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Hides Truth from Carly Corinthos
GH spoilers see Sonny Corinthos staying quiet about his relationship with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) in Pennsylvania. He has not told Carly that he was in love with Nina during his time as Mike. And it does not look like he plans on telling her at all, predict General Hospital spoilers.
Soon, he lays down the ground rules with Nina. So, he may tell her that Carly is never to know about their connection. No doubt, Sonny doesn’t want to upset Carly, and he may want to put the past behind him. He might be telling himself that it doesn’t matter anymore. He thinks Mike is gone for good, indicate General Hospital spoilers.
However, he still has deep feelings for Nina, and Mike is still a part of him. That’s why he’s not nearly as angry with her as the old Sonny would be. He might be trying to keep the peace by keeping that part of his time away a secret on GH.

Carly Can’t Shake Jason on GH
General Hospital viewers know Carly Corinthos is still head over heels for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). However, she is in denial. Sonny coming back from the dead was a miracle. So, of course, Carly thinks that they should pick up where they left off.
But, so much time has passed, and everything has changed while Sonny Corinthos was away. Carly Corinthos wants to pretend that her time with Jason didn’t matter. But she sees him differently now on General Hospital.

Carly’s love for Jason goes far beyond friendship, as Soap Dirt has recently covered. And even though she tries to push those feelings down, they keep coming back to the surface. So, when Carly finds out that Sonny loved Nina, it may give her reason to run back to her love Jason on General Hospital.
Nina in the Mix as Sonny’s Marriage Ripped Apart on General Hospital?
This could be one challenge Sonny Corinthos and wifey Carly Corinthos might not survive on GH. No doubt, it seems like the legacy couple can overcome anything. However, they both have feelings for other people – even though they don’t want to admit it.
Also, it appears that the General Hospital showrunners are setting up a “Jarly” reunion. Several times now, there has been a focus on the trio picture of Sonny, Carly, and BFF Jason. That focus suggests a love triangle between the three of them.
However, Nina is still in the picture, and that makes it a quadrangle. Of course, Nina still loves “Mike,” and she misses him. General Hospital fans will recall she recently flashed back to their time together.
Nina knows that Sonny Corinthos and his alter-ego Mike are two different people on General Hospital. However, Sonny is noticeably different, likely because Mike is a piece of his personality. One that never gets to show much as Sonny. But, Nina brings that side of him out.
As much as he wants to jump back into his old life, that may not be possible anymore. He is a different man now, and his heart is with Nina. Also, Carly Corinthos’ heart belongs to Jason. They can only repress their feelings for so long before they start to come out on General Hospital on ABC daytime.
Soon, Carly and her husband might realize that they need to let each other go and follow their hearts. So, Sonny Corinthos may go back with Nina, and Carly Corinthos could very well return to Jason. Things may never be the same on the ABC soap opera.
