Will Sonny Defend Nina & Infuriate Carly on ‘General Hospital’?
General Hospital spoilers suspect Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may defend Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) pushing Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) over the edge. Further, his actions may threaten his marriage, predict ABC soap opera scoops.
General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Defends Lying Nina Reeves?
Currently, on GH, Sonny doesn’t seem to be very angry with Nina Reeves. Of course, he was at first, recall General Hospital recaps. However, he listened to everything she had to say at the cemetery on GH this week.
And by the end of their conversation, he changed his tune. Sonny Corinthos knows this whole mess is largely Nina’s fault. But, he also realizes that she didn’t hide him from Carly Corinthos out of malice on General Hospital.
Nina Reeves made a mistake and got so deep that she didn’t see any way out. So, Sonny Corinthos gets that and might cut her some slack. He even feels bad that she must face the fallout from her actions. He also knows how Carly Corinthos can set off people, after years of dealing with her on General Hospital.
However, Carly is about to learn Nina is to blame for Sonny being gone for months longer than he should have been. And she won’t be nearly as forgiving as her not-so-dead husband, promise General Hospital spoilers. Of course, remember he was living his life as “Mike” before Ms. Reeves found him. So, it’s not all on her.
GH Spoilers: Carly Corinthos Rages at Nina
General Hospital fans won’t have to wait long to see the confrontation between Nina Reeves and a furious Carly Corinthos. Soon, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) blabs everything about what happened in Nixon Falls with “Mike.” And Carly will surely lose her cool and confront Nina right away.
But it seems sloppy writing for Maxie to betray her sister-in-law like this. Soon, the showdown between Sonny Corinthos’ two loves is epic. Carly already dislikes the Crimson Editor. So, when she finds out this woman fell for her hubby and hid him, she’ll tear Nina apart. However, his wife may be shocked if Sonny defends the other woman, tease General Hospital spoilers.

While Sonny Corinthos was away in Nixon Falls, he was fully amnesiac. So, he didn’t miss his family until his memories came flooding back. Carly Corinthos, on the other hand, grieved her dead husband every day for nine months. Surely, there is no way she lets Nina Reeves off the hook for putting her and the kids through this on General Hospital.
So, if Sonny takes Nina’s side or even tries to slow his wifey’s roll, she may lash out at him to. And, of course, General Hospital viewers know who Carly will turn to if things go badly with her marriage. The ex-mob man not being livid with the woman who lied to him for so long is a red flag that he’s not done with her – no matter what his wife says.
Sonny Pushes Carly into Jason’s Arms on General Hospital?
GH spoilers predict Sonny Corinthos could try to convince Carly Corinthos to lay off Nina Reeves. If so, his wife will explode. And, that could drive her straight to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to vent. Carly still loves Jason, as Soap Dirt had mentioned previously. And this may have her turn to Jason for comfort, hint General Hospital spoilers coming soon.
Of course, Jason won’t want to betray Sonny. However, Jason loves Carly as much as she loves him. And it seems like the shift in their relationship is leading up to a genuine “Jarly” romance. General Hospital spoilers believe that she could leave her hubs for Jason, especially if he stands up for Nina.
And Sonny may forgive Nina Reeves soon and give her another chance. As hard as they try to fight it, Carly Corinthos and her husband are in love with other people. Although it may take a while for GH to get there, she may split from Sonny Corinthos may split.
