Christine Brown’s love life made headlines for the last few months. Her posts are filled with her comings and goings as she enjoys her new relationship with David Woolley.
She’s even called this guy the “love of her life.” So, to say this Sister Wives celebrity fell head over heels in love might just be an understatement. Christine seems overjoyed to be one-half of this happy couple.
But while Christine Brown and her new beau look happy, it looks like some problems bubble up for a few immediate family members. With Christine, it looks like sharing her time with her new boyfriend might conjure up a bit of jealousy from her youngest family member.
Then, when it comes to her boyfriend, it appears the fame he gains from dating this famous Sister Wives’ mom has caused some trouble for his kids. This also appears in the headlines recently.
Newfound Fame Comes with a Price
David Woolley, 59, is the father of eight grown kids. That’s two more than 50-year-old Christine’s six children. Her kids are all over 18, except for one, Truely Brown.
So far, none of the Sister Wives’ celeb’s children voiced any problems they have with Christine’s new guy. The same holds true for David’s kids. Those who spoke publicly about Christine Brown seem to like her very much.
When they first got together, it looked as if the fame trickled down to David’s kids. One of them seemed to play off of her father’s newfound Sister Wives fame. Kati Charlene started referring to her dad’s new relationship and offered updates in her posts.
This seemed to be the plus side for the Woolley family with the new fame they gained overnight. But recently a darker cloud hung over the family, causing Kati to bite back after some painful posts showed up online.

This week it looks like both Christine Brown and David Woolley had some problems surface for their kids. Kati, David’s daughter, was contacted by a media outlet asking questions about her mother’s death.
David, a widow for 10 years, tragically lost his wife to suicide. So, when the news source contacted Kati, she begged them not to run that story, calling it the worst moment in her life. But they did.
So, the fame factor came into play here. Without the Sister Wives’ fame seeping into their lives, this likely wouldn’t have happened to David and his daughter. No one knew who they were until they gained this fame.
Sister Wives: TLC Star Torn?
Christine recently found herself in between her daughter Truely and her boyfriend. A recent Soap Dirt article explains how 12-year-old Truely bit David as she joined her mom and boyfriend on a little vacation.
It was a fast nip at his hand for Christine’s youngest daughter. While fans thought it was a cry for attention, others said it was just the preteen’s idea of a joke. But many fans chimed in to say that most kids that age typically don’t bite people. In another new post, Christine accompanies Truely on a field trip.
Check out how this daughter swats at the camera her mom is holding. Some fans think the preteen may need someone to reel her in a little today, especially after biting her mom’s boyfriend.

This brings up another issue for the fans. Christine said she waited long enough to date and felt confident she was ready once meeting David. But Sister Wives fans wonder if the wait was long enough for Truely Brown as well.
