The Return to Amish reality star’s contract with the network is expired. So, he feels that it’s time to tell the truth. He has been living in the English world for six years.

Daniel wasn’t living in the Amish community at the time of the filming. So, he also confesses about the show paying him to pretend to leave. According to the TLC star, he was never a part of the Amish church.

The TLC star also opens up about his date with the English lady. He doesn’t confess to it being scripted for the show. However, he told fans to decide for themselves. But, knowing that he was already English at the time, there’s a good chance it was all for the show.

Return to Amish Celeb Learns from Being on Show

Daniel Miller learned a lot from being on a reality television show. He may have already been English, but it taught him to be “more open-minded about life.” Yet, he thinks it was an “awesome” experience. He even feels that it changed his life.

However, there is one thing the Return to Amish cast member would change about his experience being on the show. He would have left his parents out of it.

But, since leaving the Amish community, he still has a relationship with his family. He explains that “it’s been getting better with time.”

Leaving the Amish community isn’t easy for some. At times, friends and family members cut ties with you. It isn’t a decision some community members take lightly. So, it’s nice to see the TLC star still has his family in his corner.
