My Big Fat Fabulous Life: Whitney Thore Feels Buddy Bell Doesn’t Need Friendship
In the new season of My Big Fat Fabulous Life, Whitney Thore opens up to Ashley Baynes about her issues with Buddy Bell. She regrets how she acted towards him at her barbecue. Whitney feels that she made comments to him that were “a little bit saltier” than she intended. But, she feels that if he can’t keep his promises, he should move out.
The My Big Fat Fabulous Life reality star doesn’t want Buddy Bell to feel that he has to make time to hang out with her. However, Whitney Thore isn’t going to beg him to spend time with her either. She feels that Buddy is never around, which makes her believe that he may not need her as a friend. Ashley Baynes tells Whitney to set up a meeting with him to talk about their situation.
Whitney agrees to see Buddy Bell. However, if he shows up late, or not at all, she won’t be happy. She doesn’t know how she’s supposed to talk to someone about not being around when they still aren’t around.

Whitney Thore meets up with Buddy Bell. However, the My Big Fat Fabulous Life cast member feels a little uncomfortable. She knows what she wants to say. But she doesn’t want him to resent her. Yet, she knows that she will be resentful if they don’t figure out their living situation. She finds it bizarre that he still lives at her house, even though he is never there.

Buddy Bell from My Big Fat Fabulous Life doesn’t know why he always gets passive-aggressive remarks from Whitney. He says he pays his rent on time, and he is always respectful when he stops by. He even feels that it’s a “pretty expensive storage unit” he’s paying for. Buddy then starts to wonder when “living your life” became a crime. He feels that is what she is accusing him of.
Whitney Thore tells Buddy Bell that she had to pack up most of her home in Charlotte without him. She thought it was weird since he would usually be there to help. However, she realized that it was around the time he met his girlfriend. She believes that is why their plan to move to Greensboro together never happened.

Whitney Thore lets Buddy Bell know that she isn’t mad that he met someone. But she does miss him being around. She says it “sucks” when someone gets a girlfriend, and you don’t see them for months. According to Whitney, it hurts her “a little bit inside” of her soul.
The My Big Fat Fabulous Life TLC star isn’t going to ask Buddy Bell to hang out with her once a month. But, he tells Whitney that he wants to. He had every intention to live with her. However, his life changed when he met Courtney.
Whitney Thore then realizes that Buddy Bell may already be thinking about marriage. Yet, she finds it odd that his belongings are still in her house. She tells him to take his stuff and leave. she feels that if she has to be the one to “rip the band-aid off,” she will.
