‘Married At First Sight’: Olajuwon Goes to Extremes – Recap [S14E02]
On Married At First Sight, Olajuwon Dickerson is all over the map. He’s excited about meeting his new bride but also breaks down in tears. Olajuwon Dickerson Is a Lot on Married At First Sight
Olajuwon Dickerson admits to being kind of a jerk in the past. He used a fake name and didn’t care who he hurt along the way. But now he wants to trade his shady past for a traditional married life. One he hopes includes a hot meal on the table when he comes home. Even his family thinks he’s being a little unreasonable. Olajuwon tries on tuxes and loves all his looks fashioning himself a regular James Bond.
His Married At First Sight match Katina Goode is no stranger to the single party scene. And is ready to give up late nights at the club for marriage and family. But she’s much more grounded and probably didn’t use an alias in her wilder days. Katina is stunning in all the dresses she tries on. Now the only thing left to do is say “I do”. Moments before the ceremony Olajuwon breaks down and cries. But his family talks him down and he’s good to go.

Olajuwon Dickerson gets blown away when he sees Katina Goode coming towards him. He can’t stop complimenting his MAFS bride. But of course, he asks her if she “likes what she sees”. Katina is lowkey but says that yes, she does. She has a little trouble pronouncing his name. Hey, she can always call him Isaac. He won’t shut up and chugs champagne after the ceremony. Katina isn’t sure she can handle his energy much less make him a lasagna every night.
Married At First Sight: Jasmina Outar Melts Down
Jasmina Outar wakes up excited for her wedding day. Her friends and family are there to join in on her big day. Everything is going fine until it isn’t. Jasmina starts to cry and admits she’s “not good” in spite of what she says. She’s even a little nauseous. Her mom is there for support and gives her some solid advice. Jasmina calms down and is ready to go meet her match.
On Married At First Sight, Michael Morency keeps it calm and collected. He’s grateful for the support of family especially his sisters. Michael is ready to move on to the next chapter of his life. He definitely likes what he sees when the beautiful Jasmina walks down the aisle. The pair share vows and he learns that his new bride is a fan of Korean tv and boy bands. Michael admits he’s a bit of a grandpa when it comes to going to bed early.
Lindsey Georgoulis & Mark Maher Have Fun after Their Vows
Married At First Sight wildcard Lindsey Georgoulis showed up tipsy for her vows. But managed to walk a straight line down the aisle as shared by Soap Dirt. Mark Maher got surprised to find his new wife lying on a bench. But finds her energy and humor like sunshine. In fact, he admits she may make his life even fuller. Lindsey is feeling Mark too. She’s open to the marriage and finds they have a lot in common.

Lindsey’s biggest worry is merging their cats. She has 2 cats and Mark owns 3. Leading Lindsey to remark that’s a lot of pussies in the house. Lindsey’s dad and brother meet Mark. And compare him marrying Lindsey to crocodile hunting. Adding being with her is like “grabbing one by the tail.” Mark seems charmed during their slow dance. Lindsey predicts they will both live long enough to get featured on jam jars. Did the experts get this right? Time will tell.
More Married at First Sight Weddings to Come
Speaking of time, this episode dragged out, so the last two weddings are on hold for the next episode. Alyssa Ellman shops for a dress. In spite of having already bought ten backups. Her hubby to be Chris Colette looks at the upcoming union the way might one look at a business merger. So many red flags, so little time. Alyssa’s friends worry about whether Chris likes dogs. And Alyssa admits if not it could be a deal breaker.

Noi Phommasak is having some pre-wedding jitters on Married At First Sight. She’s excited about the wedding. But aware that marrying a stranger is a gamble.
