‘Married at First Sight’: Myrla Feria & Johnny Lam Run Off to Mexico Together
Married at First Sight star Myrla Feria turned heads with the Johnny Lam friendship. Lifetime viewers started to notice how she acted with him when they went on MAFS Unfiltered together after the show’s taping.
Married at First Sight: Myrla Feria & Johnny Go to Cancun Mexico
Kevin Frazier asked the Married at First Sight group if anyone was friends or had a chance to hang out. Johnny, Myrla, and Rachel said they’d gone on trips with each other. Rachel Gordillo said she went to Chicago with Myrla Feria.
Myrla then said that she and Johnny Lam had gone to Cancun together first. Kevin said to Johnny, “So, you had a chance to hang out in Cancun?” Myrla Feria’s now-ex-husband, Gil Cuero, looked extremely hurt and upset over the situation. But Kevin Frazier continued the line of questioning on Married at First Sight.
He said, “So, Johnny, you and Myrla are just BFFs now, right?” Myrla answered for him and said, “We’re besties,” but Johnny Lam answered too and said they hang out a lot and that they “get” each other. Gil said he had no comment about their friendship.

When Gil Cuero said he didn’t have a comment, Myrla and her bestie Johnny thought it was hilarious. Myrla Feria squeezed Johnny’s arm, and they both cracked big smiles. When the question, “Who do you think could have been a better match?” came up, Gil Cuero left the room.
Michaela Clark went out after him on Married at First Sight, Soap Dirt reports. She gave him a big hug after he left the room, saying he wasn’t feeling too good. Johnny Lam joked that he must not have liked that question.

Rachel said on Married at First Sight that Johnny should back off. Even though they are good friends, it seemed like Rachel Gordillo thought he was being pretty rough and insensitive. Myrla Feria didn’t look like she liked that Rachel said that, but it didn’t seem to make her want to stop.

Neither Myrla nor Johnny say they are in a relationship. Many fans said watching Unfiltered made them think otherwise. Myrla Feria always laughed at Johnny Lam’s jokes and touched his arm.
Viewers said they should stop putting the couples together during the experiment. It seems like a disaster waiting to happen with all these newly married strangers. Many people believe the drama sells, so they want to put everyone together and see what happens.
Whatever the case, neither of them says they are in a relationship. Married at First Sight watchers say their laughing and grinning makes them think they are telling fibs about their relationship status.
