The marriage between Christina and her husband, Henry Rodriguez, didn’t start off well. The first sign was that the Married at First Sight wife didn’t remember his name. And she started badgering him and asking him if he thought she was attractive.

Viewers of Married at First Sight didn’t think there was a spark between the two at all. And that became even more evident when Christina forgot Henry’s birthday. But fans said Henry Rodriguez played his part too since he had his wife listed as “Christina MAFS” on his phone.

The Married at First Sight couple kept sticking it out despite their obvious disinterest in people. And it seems like there might be a specific reason why Henry stays on the show. And viewers didn’t see it coming.

Henry Needs to Have His Wife’s Back

Henry Rodriguez of Married at First Sight finally speaks up for himself. The first thing he did was make a video diary revealing that Christina accused him of cheating with a man. Later, he also revealed that she said he’d better “have her back,” or she would release the information.

Henry said he doesn’t think there is a text at all. And he believes Christina made up the whole thing. Fans of Married at First Sight think that makes sense as she did admit that she used to lie a lot.

The couple went to the marriage retreat, and no one else knew how big their problems were. But it seemed like at this point – Henry Rodriguez didn’t have enough fight in him to tell off Christina. It doesn’t look like he wants to be the Married at First Sight villain.

Married at First Sight: Going Down in Flames

During Decision Day, Henry told how Lifetime’s Christina threatened him. And the experts shared their shock over the situation. Married at First Sight fans said the experts should be ashamed for pairing two obviously wrongly matched people together.

Christina told her friend she can’t believe Henry stayed on the show for so long. But viewers believe he might only have stayed because she threatened him. His excuse was that he wanted to finish what he started.

SD reported that Christina and hubby Henry are no longer together. In fact, she now lives in Mexico, and Henry is moving on with his life and back to hanging out with his friends.
