Lindsey Georgoulis warms up to Mark Maher. Olajuwon Dickerson gets freaky at his reception. And Jasmina Outar gets a special gift from Mark Morency‘s sisters. Let’s break it all down in this recap of Season 14, Episode 3 Bean Town Wedding Throw Down.

Alyssa Ellman Wants a Man with Good Teeth

Alyssa Ellman and Chris Colette are one of the final two couples to say ” I do” on MAFS. While getting ready with her bridesmaids, she admits physical attraction is important to her. Especially good teeth and strong dental hygiene habits. Alyssa gets misty when Chris sends a heartfelt letter over. Her parents show up for support. Alyssa admits she will walk down the aisle alone since she is an independent woman. She pulls on her gold cowboy boots and it’s go time.

Her Married At First Sight match Chris Collette chills with his buddies. And says he’s feeling good and not too nervous about meeting his mystery bride. He lines up at the altar and seems to like what he sees when Alyssa heads toward him. She seems a little taken aback. Chris compliments her bouquet, and she shows him her fancy gold cowboy boots. The officiant tells Chris that her friends want him to know she’s blunt and her face will give away her feelings.

Alyssa is making faces that suggest she is either constipated or disappointed. Her vows mention her love of dogs and willingness to jump out of a moving car to save one. After they say “I do” the couple engage in some small talk. Chris reveals his love of disc golf. Alyssa finds that weird and thinks he “looks like a real estate agent”. Because he is. She isn’t too keen on being close to him during the photo shoot either.

Married At First Sight: Steve Moy and Noi Phommasak Make It Official

Noi Phommasak is nervous to walk down the aisle. Her dad gives her some words of wisdom and then it’s time. Noi seems pretty relieved when she meets Steve Moy at the altar. The pair joke around and can’t stop smiling. Noi loves it when Steve reveals he brought two rings. And that one happens to be a candy ring pop. After the vows the pair chat over champagne. It seems they have a lot in common and a spark between them.

On Married At First Sight, the couple enjoy their reception. But Noi does ask Steve about his work. Steve admits he’s sort of between jobs after getting laid off. Since he took a four-month road trip just for kicks. Noi isn’t worried. She thinks that Steve will get back on his feet. But she realizes that her name is now Noi Moy. So, the experts have jokes. Even if it’s a bad one.

The Couples Party at the Receptions

The first Married At First Sight couple to say “I do” were Lindsey Georgoulis and Mark Maher. The pair seem to be getting along fine at their reception. Mark admits his nickname is “Mark the Shark”. Lindsey finds him attractive. She jokes with his friends about their upcoming wedding night. She hopes he doesn’t come at her with “guppy lips”. Mark bonds with her dad and brother who welcome him with open arms.

Over at Jasmina Outar and Mike Morency‘s reception things are going along well. Mike’s sisters welcome Jasmine with a special gift. Their mom passed away of breast cancer. So, the girls all wear the pink breast cancer ribbon as a pin at the wedding. They gift one to Jasmine and explain that their mom will now watch over her too. Jasmine gets emotional and is thankful for the gesture.

Things are a little crazier at the Married At First Sight reception of Katina Goode and Olajuwon Dickerson. He chats up Katina’s mom and admits he’s got some trouble focusing. After rambling on she points out an imaginary rabbit to get him to leave her alone. She’s also not impressed when he does a lap dance on Katina complete with lifting up his shirt. Her mom seems a little put off with his antics. Katina so far doesn’t seem to mind.

Alyssa Ellman Doesn’t Want to Stay with Chris Colette on Married At First Sight

The MAFS couples settle into their hotel suites for the wedding night. All the obligatory props are in place. Including rose petals, champagne and his and her toothbrushes. Everybody’s tired yet flirty as the guys help the girls get out of their dresses. Some are down to cuddle and others want lights out. But everybody seems pretty happy at this point. Except for one couple who hasn’t yet made it to their room.

Chris Colette sits in the lobby looking sheepish. Alyssa Ellman is in another room holed up with production. They suggest she tell him what’s going on. She emerges teary eyed and tells Chris that his joke in the elevator about him being her “side piece” didn’t sit well. And she’s not comfortable staying with him. Chris is surprised and apologetic. It didn’t help that his friends threw him under the bus and told her he can be kind of a jerk. Till next time!
