‘Married at First Sight’: Airris Williams Scares Jasmine Secrest on Honeymoon
On Married at First Sight, Airris Williams throws a red flag at Jasmine Secrest on their honeymoon. He scares his new bride when he tells her that he’s never been in love.
Jasmine is surprised to hear this, because Airris is almost 40-years-old. And, he’s had long term relationships before. So Jasmine wonders if will he fall in love with her.

Airris Williams and Jasmine Secrest discuss their past relationships over breakfast on their Jamaican honeymoon. The new husband, Airris, admits most of his failed relationships are his fault. He also admits to giving up too easy when there was a bump in the road.
Jasmine tells him that she has walked away from relationships since she’s a workaholic.
On Married at First Sight, Airris and Jasmine have a good time snorkeling. She admits he thinks her husband looks good and it’s distracting. He’s happy that she shows a nurturing side during their excursion. It seems he’s trying to focus on the positive. Although he admitted early on the physical attraction wasn’t there right away for him.

Airris Gets Personal on MAFS
Airris Williams doesn’t hold back while the pair enjoy a candlelit dinner on Married At First Sight. His questions make Jasmine blush. He admits she’s a little more reserved than he expected. But Jasmine admits she’s a little more modest. She steers the conversation to simpler things. But Airris isn’t giving up on trying to bring out her “demon” side.
Later the two get to know each other more over some Frisbee on the beach. Airris is surprised to find out that Jasmine is left-handed. She brings up her baby sister. And he wants to know when her sister will start getting to know him better. Jasmine Secrest is a little taken aback. And Airris reminds her that her parents already like him.

Airris wants to take a walk on MAFS. He asks Jasmine the last time she’s been in love. She admits in her last relationship. Airris shocks her by revealing he’s never been in love. It raises a bigger red flag because he’s been in a long term relationship. And while he cared for people in the past he’s never considered himself “in love”
Jasmine Secrest tries to process what he said. She has never met someone who’s never been in love. Especially because he’s older. She feels pressure. And wonders whether Airris can fall in love with her in the limited time frame of the Married At First Sight experiment. She explains her concerns to him. And admits it’s weird for her.
It’s been a rough start for the Nashville couples on the Lifetime show. While it’s still early, red flags can certainly hinder a couple’s progress. Airris Williams seems committed to the Married At First Sight experiment. But will he finally fall in love? Jasmine definitely seems concerned with this latest admission.
