Manifest Meltdown Over TJ Goswami’s Apartment – 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way
Season 5 of The Other Way sees Kimberly Rochelle and Tejaswi “TJ” Goswami may have the most unusual meeting story in 90 Day Fiance history. Kimberly, a clairvoyant based in Alabama, first met her fiance TJ in a dream, before falling for him over social media. TJ also had a similar spiritual experience.
90 Day Fiance: TJ Goswami And Kimberly Rochelle First Met in Their Minds
The voice actor on 90 Day Fiance is from Jaipur, India says he “manifested” their connection. After three days of travel Kimberly says, “it feels like a Fairytale is coming true,” when she arrived in India to reunite with him. This all came to a screeching halt when TJ showed her the new apartment he had built for them. A huge blow out ensued between the couple.
With a traditional Indian wedding ceremony planned in just a few days fans now wonder if this wedding is even going to happen. TJ explained that manifestation is part of his culture, so this was a natural process for him.
She says, “I knew she was my destiny and so I tried manifesting her. Manifesting is a real part of Hinduism. You (start) thinking about something and (try) to make it really (exist) in your mind. And by following this process, you can really make it happen,” he says.
TJ started by taking a screenshot of Kimberly’s profile picture and started meditating, thinking that she should text him. This did work and she texted him back the next day. The two were both in a spiritual group on social media.
“We connected instantly and formed a bond which I had never felt before with anyone else,” he says. “So that’s where I started getting my whole thoughts of mine that ‘Ok, I’m gonna marry that Kimberly.”
Luckily, their chemistry translated in real life. She decided to study in India for a year on a student visa. “The biggest thing that stuck out to me when I finally met TJ was how safe I felt around him,” She reflected. “Just like in the dream where I’d first met him.”
About two months after they met in person, TJ proposed. She had hopes heading back that her apartment would be ready as promised so the two could start their lives together.
Kimberly Rochelle Is Shocked At “Bad Dream” Apartment
After the initial bliss of seeing each other again the couples goes upstairs to see their new living space. The constructions zone is shocking to Kimberly. It is unfinished and looks nothing like she asked for.
As she lists the many problems around her, TJ first tries to calm her concerns, telling her, “That’s why I always say that, once you come here, if you want to change the things, it will be under your supervision.”
Kimberly continued to grow more upset as she looked around. “I hate this, they half-assed everything, and it’s done very poorly,” Kimberly complains while the camera run. “They ripped him off. I made specific requests, and they weren’t followed through on.”
There were some obvious differences in the construction that are not seen in the States. None of the door frames seemed to be the same size. This did not seem to bother TJ. There was also tile that did not properly fit on the wall.
Then there was the issue of the bathroom. The lack of door or wall covering seemed to be most concerning to the 90 Day Fiance star. “I’m trying to relax, but I couldn’t even f—ing pee because you left that doorway wide open,” Kimberly tells him, gesturing towards the bathroom.
“There’s not a curtain over there, so I can’t freakin’ pee.” She has a point there, but according to both of them, their biggest problem isn’t peeing in private. TJ becomes upset with Kimberly being so unappreciative and disrespectful.
Kimberly Says TJ is Failing as A Partner
TJ believes she should have shown more respect to him. He tells her that work is done differently in India and that he has tried his best. Furthermore, he is extremely upset with how she is speaking to him. Kimberly is terrified that she has made a huge mistake.

She is fearful that he won’t be able to take care of her if he can’t build the apartment correctly. “It’s the fact that you don’t respect what I’m doing,” she shouts. “I’m leaving everything behind to be with you, and you can’t follow through on this one thing for me.”
Clearly the two are not on the same page. TJ counters, “I’m not your servant, for your kind info.” The emotional clip closes with Kimberly saying, “No, you’re supposed to be my partner, and you’re failing at it.” This all ends with Kimberly in tears. Now fans are wondering if this going to be another 90 Day Fiance disaster. Will there still be a wedding either.
