She also says that everyone claiming he is using her for clout couldn’t be more wrong. Shannon says that when she and Justin first met, he had no idea she was a reality television star.
During a recent interview, Mama June says that fans will be seeing more of her new man. She admits that Stroud will be appearing in the new WEtv season of Mama June: Road to Redemption. Shannon says that her fans think because of his age, he is only with her for fame and money.

“He didn’t know who I was, to begin with.” She explains that even after he found out she was famous, he initially told the show producers he wanted no part of being on reality television.
Mama June says that Justin Stroud was working full-time at his own business and had enjoyed having his own life when they met.
Mama June Reveals Justin Will Appear on Show
The WEtv star adds that it took some convincing, but now he has changed his mind and agreed to film Mama June: Road to Redemption with her.
Shannon adds that Stroud was thrown into this life by being with her, so now he is like, “F*** it, let’s ride!” She also wants to make one other thing clear to her relationship doubters. She wants them to know that she first began chasing after him.
Shannon’s fans feel that she is moving too fast with Stroud. They believe that his history with drugs is too risky a situation for June Shannon during her early sobriety.
But things may be taking a serious turn. In April, the couple was spotted shopping at Kay Jewelers, possibly browsing engagement rings.
The Mama June: Road to Redemption star also wants everyone to know that her kids are all good with her relationship. She says her daughters all love him.
And Justin has even spent time with the Shannon family joining them on their recent group vacation. June says she wants to prove to everyone that a person can be good, even if they made mistakes in the past.

She adds that they are supporting and keeping each other healthy and sober. She reveals they just vibe well together, and for Mama June Shannon and Justin Stroud, that is enough for now.
