Mama June: From Not to Hot star June Shannon struggles with drug addiction in her past. However, she’s not completely in the clear yet. That’s because the past actions that she took while using have left her facing some serious jail time. But, she isn’t alone in the legal repercussions she’s looking at. Also, her boyfriend Geno Doak is facing the possibility of spending some time in prison.

While Mama is happy with where she’s at in her road to recovery, she isn’t exactly in the clear yet. But, Mama is looking forward to having the opportunity to leave her rocky past behind her.

While she’s in the process of making a milkshake and snacking on the ingredients she uses for her treat, she talks about her new body. Mama says she’s put on around 60-lb since leaving rehab. However, she quickly points out her man Geno put on around 100-lb. But, she isn’t going to let rehab take all of the blame for her new figure. She says she puts on a lot of weight because of COVID-19.

On Mama June: From Not to Hot, Geno and Mama talk about their addiction. While on their way to take a trip to rehab, Geno says it’s a good thing they’re taking the time to get help. Then, he goes on to think about how much money they’ve spent on the habit.
At first, Mama June Shannon fights back against him speaking the truth. He says they’ve spent over $150,000 in six months on cocaine alone. While he says this, June Shannon says “sh.” But, after he gets the entire sentence out, she nods her head in agreement. Overall, she admits to spending over $1,000,000 on narcotics in one year.
However, after she leaves rehabilitation she says she’s happy she got help. This is because she’s on a path of helping other people who struggle to get clean. Plus, she loves living life in Florida. The only thing she really wants back in her life is her children. She wishes her family would give her a chance to show them she’s changed.
