Mama June: From Not to Hot star Geno Doak just had his first-ever cryo chamber session. He says he can’t even explain how awesome it was. So, it’s safe to say he loved it. Although it’s incredibly cold at -220 degrees Fahrenheit it’s only 3 minutes long. Plus, cryotherapy can be extremely beneficial in several ways.
There are a number of ailments it can help alleviate such as migraines, mood disorders, arthritis pain, and more. So, it seems Geno wants to continue to improve his health. Although Mama did not try it, the Mama June: From Not to Hot celebrity is incredibly focused on bettering her life in many other ways.
Mama Looks Great – Spreading Positivity
Mama June: From Not to Hot star June Shannon is a new woman lately. Clearly, it looks like the person she was while hooked on drugs is long gone. Remember, June Shannon hated that version herself. So, she has put all of her efforts into becoming someone she and her family can be proud of. Now, she’s on track to a much healthier life and also wants to raise awareness about addiction.
Sadly, she’s lost two friends to addiction recently. So, between that and her own struggles, she urges anyone struggling with substance abuse to get help. No doubt, her experiences since starring on Mama June: From Not to Hot were difficult but she’s using it for good. And, it seems Geno is completely on board.
