Mama June: From Not to Hot celeb Alana Thompson (aka Honey Boo Boo) just had a sleepover. And, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon is so happy to see her have friends and spend some time as a regular teen. However, things didn’t go exactly as planned on the WEtv reality show.

On Mama June: From Not to Hot, Alana Thompson asked her sister Pumpkin if some friends could sleepover. There are two girls Alana met at school that she hangs out with. Recently, she wanted a break from the craziness. Clearly, Mama June Shannon and her crazy antics are taking a toll on Alana.
She just needs some time to be a kid. Of course, she should be worrying about schoolwork and cute boys. Not Mama selling her stuff and facing jail time. Or, Geno Doak crashing into her house. So, she invited her two girlfriends over to get away from the madness.

On Mama June: From Not to Hot, Pumpkin couldn’t be happier for Alana Thompson. Of course, she just wants her to enjoy her teenage years. As it is, she never got a regular childhood because of Toddlers in Tiaras and all the stardom that went with it. So, she tried to make the slumber party perfect.
Perhaps, Pumpkin went a bit overboard because she was so excited. She got a ton of food and some fun girly stuff for them like nail decals and face masks. However, Alana was a bit nervous her sister would embarrass her in front of her friends while trying to be cool on Mama June: From Not to Hot.
Things Go Sideways – Honey Boo Boo Let Down
Recently on Mama June: From Not to Hot, Alana Thompson’s girls night hit a little snag. One of the girls who was supposed to show up canceled. Apparently, the girl’s parents didn’t want her to associate with Alana because of June’s problems. And, because of the online stunt, she pulled pretending to do drugs.
Of course, she was upset but Pumpkin and Josh Efird cheered up and told her to enjoy her time with her real friend. The one who stands by her and supports her. In the end, the girls had an awesome time. No doubt, there will be plenty more to come. Mama June: From Not to Hot airs Friday at 9 pm on WEtv.
